I guess I'm a bit biased because my fiancee works there but Larry (the sales guy) was amazing. He worked hard to get me the car that I wanted. Even though it wasn't available, he worked to find a replacement. He was fantastic to work with.
There weren't many Scions available on the lot but when the one I wanted came in he held it for me and called me right away, even though it had been a month since we last talked.
He didn't know much about the Scion but that was all right in my case because my fiancee knew more than he did and answered the questions I had.
Overall I was very pleased with my experience at Appleway.

This dealer used false advertising by showing on the Internet the car I wanted at one price (MSRP in this case) and then, after a lengthy trip to the dealer and a decision to purchase the vehicle, we were told that the marked price on the car (MSRP PLUS $495 markup!) was the correct price we'd have to pay. Pathetic way to run a dealership. And a good reason to purchase at another dealer where MSRP is the HIGHEST price you should have to pay.
