I feel as though I was taken advantage of because of my age. It didn't seem like they where willing to give me the time of day, I had some aftermarket parts and I was there for over eight hours! I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. really.

bought my car at autofair. even when i was just looking around at some other vehicles sales people where very eager to help me in finding what i was looking for. my sales associate that sold me my car was very helpful got me a good rate. offered me all the options i wanted. including the extended warranty. i would recommend going here if you wanna buy a car they are there to sell cars not try and sway you to something else.

The people at Autofair don't seem to know anything about Scion. I walked in knowing a lot more than anyone there. I informed my salesman about a lot of things, like the fact that the Hot Lava are numbered. I was never told about the free oil changes, and the manager said he would get me some information, but never came back (although I was there for 2 more hours). If you know what you want, then it's fine to go there because they will do up the paperwork for you, but if you are looking for service, information, or a salesperson who will pay attention to you, this is not the place to go.
