I just purchased a Scion from Marshall who is a fleet manager. We did everything over the computer and he made things really simple and easy. Once my Dad and I got there, the XB was already for us. My Dad was really impressed with the professionalism of the Dealership. If you have ever been there, you would be impressed also as the Dealership is very large and super nice.

I would recommend this dealership to anyone who would like to buy a Scion. They showed me their regional report and they sell more Scions than anyone else in Arizona which is pretty impressive.

FROM THE START...THE SALES STAFF WAS GREAT. I HAVE TOLD ALL OF MY FRIENDS TO GO SEE SCION SALES CONSULTANT DEREK DONDEVILLE. HE WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND HELPED ME THROUGHOUT THE ENTIRE PROCESS WITHOUT PRESSURE. I HAVE MADE MANY MODIFICATIONS TO MY TC AND BIG TWO WAS THERE TO PROVIDE EXCELLENT SERVICE. GO SEE DEREK, IT IS A MUST WHEN BUYING A SCION.

We started our search for an xB at Big Two, and REALLY liked Frank Valle, our salesman. Very polite, professional and knowledgable.

On the test drive, he answered every question without a hitch. After the drive, there was absolutely NO pressure but my wife and I still had to decide on options. The color and options we wanted weren't available on the lot, so Frank offered his card and told us to give him a call when we were ready. We left very excited and pleased with the service.

We found a different dealer with the color we wanted and began the process of buying that one. That salesmans attitude quickly turned us off and thanks to a follow up call *from* Frank, we nixed it, called Frank back and ordered exactly what we wanted.

He got the xB in about 12 on a Friday, had it off the truck and options installed by 6pm. We did all the paperwork in 1 hr, drove it home and have been smiling like idiots ever since.

Thanks Frank & Big Two, you have us as customers for life.

I've purchased several cars so far, and this was the best experience I have ever had. I did not have to order the car; they had exactly what I wanted in stock. I bought a tC, and returned 2 weeks later and bought my girl an xB. They must have new managers because I met both of them and they were really laid back and cool. My salesman was fantastic, no pressure and really, really, really cool.

I did not have a bad experience, but I did not have a good one either. Unlike the last reviewer, I felt that they really knew what they were talking about. Maybe they have made some improvments since the last review. The only complaint that I have is they really pushed for me to sign everything before the car was ready. I even drove down there once because they told me that everything would be ready, but it wasn't. I let them know that I was upset and ended up getting some free stuff out of it (dashmat, and 4 free tanks of gas).

If I would have found this forum before I ordered my box, I would have probably gone to Camelback Scion. And if I were to ever buy another Scion, it would be from Camelback.

I bought an 2 xBs there and had all kinds of problems with the dealership including them screwing up the order(first one was wrong color) and not getting the wheels I ordered until almost 2 months late. Individual salespeople there might be good, but the managers don't know anything about Scion cars and spend more time harrassing the sales staff than serving the buyers.
