The Scion section of Bill Page Toyota/Scion did not know anything about the Scion tC. I asked if they knew about the Tuner edition and they had no clue. Service ripped me off for 118 bucks, after which I called and complained and got my money back.
salesman could not tell me anything about the xB...heck sold me mud flaps that I point blank told him were not made for the xB.
Dealer could not get anyone to install the thumbprint graphic
I brought in my own financing..but still took over a week to take delivery of my car...which was already present on the lot
took 2 calls from scion corp B4 the dealership believed me about the orange aem intake for my rs 1.0
intake took 9 days to recieve the intake from cali..then it got damaged during install..then told me a week to get new one...came back in a week and they told me...we never ordered this....we did not even know you had a prob
Dealer never submitted my paper work to get my plates...I had to ask them what was going on and they told me they "lost" my paperwork
wheel locks broke (took 2 days to replace)
dealer dinged the pass side door
salesman never called if there was a prob..and promised the moon but never came through..Manager could never call when she said she would either.
and much more...email me for further details
