Bought my 07 tC here. Came back a week later to get some aftermarket parts, and they weren't so "inviting" anymore. Toyota sales people and scion sales people don't get along. Furthermore, I asked to have a TRD CAI installed, and the service guy told me it would fit (even though it was a 2006 TRD CAI). Fiddled with it for 2 hours, and couldn't get it to fit, then decided to charge me for the labor. Horrible service and knowledge. Rosaliamail is right, do not go to Bob bridge for maintenance or anything. I recommend MICHAELS Toyota instead for sure.

I was initially very impressed with Bob Bridge, but when they evaluated my trade-in, they undervalued it about $1000. I knew it, and I called them on it, but they refused to budge. I went back and forth with them several times, asking for as little as $500 more, but they refused. I finally ended up going to Scion of Puyallup, and they gave me $1100 more! I would say overall they are okay, but watch out on the trade-in!

I got my 2006 Indigo Ink Pearl automatic xA from Bob Bridge on October 16, 2005. I went to Bob Bridge because I didn't want to wait and they had exactly what I wanted on the lot. The sales experience was great! Low pressure, fast, and friendly. I have been back twice since then; once to get all of my accessories installed (they provided me a loaner Corolla), and again to get my license plates; each time I have worked with them it has been fast and easy. I plan to take my car to them for any major maintenance, and I know that I would definitely do business with them again.

We just brought our Tc home today. Buying a Scion was a cinch, and buying it from Bob Bridge was the first painless new car that I've ever had. Mike and Niko helped us out, and with the Scion dealership now being seperate from the Toyota lot, it was very laid back and super low pressure. I give these guys two thumbs up and highly recomend them.

Dan Gates helped me and he was really kool about everything. I wasn't forced into any decision I didn't want to make, and he didn't push me just to make a sale as Wesley (Michael's in Bellevue) and Burien did. He was very easy going, stuck with me through the whole process, and made it feel like he was more of a friend than a sales representative. I had heard some not too good things about Bob Bridge, but after purchasing my Scion from there, I have to say it was not true for me. I would recommend someone to go there for their vehicle purchase.

Other than waiting almost 1 month to get my Camo xB, the whole experience was great. Hung Pham, who was my salesperson, was very up to speed and knows the ins and outs of Scion. He kept me informed throughout the entire process. Even the Finance manager was great. The whole experience was "no pressure". I would definitely recommend this dealership to others.

I loved my Bob Bridge experience. Dwight and Chan were great to work with, and their product knowledge and friendly customer service was second to none. The sale manager John North was also very accommodating. If you are looking for a quality experience, definitely put Bob Bridge Scion ar the top of your list.

Please Do not buy a car from Bob Bridge Toyota. This is the most greedy establishment I have ever encountered. Their lies are astoundingly ridiculous.
