My experience at Charles Barker Toyota Scion was nothing short of FANTASTIC, my sales person and the entire staff were outstanding. The Scion Manager came out and met me personally. I got exactly what I wanted with no hassle and no one pushing me. My xB RULES and they have been very helpful since I took delivery too.

I thought they did very well. Now I bought my Xb almost a year ago; shortly after they arrived here. I was satisfied with the service I recieved; but there were some points where they could have been more informative. Didn't tell us about the options, that you can choose your hubcaps; that sort of stuff. But if needed would I go back and buy another car there, Possibly.

Very polite and courteous on the intial buy and follow up. I've not taken it back for service yet, but don't expect that there will be any difference in service.
