My wife and I just purchased a new 07 tc and we love it. The car is great and the service was great. I haven't been to a dealership who work as hard at checkered toyota has to meet my wife and i needs for the car. I wouldn't buy another car from any where else.

I recently purchsed a 2006 Release Series 4.0 xB from Checkered Flag. Joe Drake went above and beyond to get me one of these very difficult to obtain cars. I had contacted him quite a while before, letting him know that I was highly interested in getting one. A couple of months later I got a phone call from him saying that he was getting one in if I was still interested. I came down and filled out the paperwork, and my car arrived about 1 week later. If Joe had not taken the initiative to follow up with me, I would not have purchased this car.
I should note that this is my 2nd Scion purchase. I previously owned a 2006 Blue Onyx Peal xB purchased from a different dealership. I can easily say that Joe made the trade-in of the old one and purchase for the new one much more comfortable and friendly than the purchase of my blue one.
Checkered Flag is an outstanding place to buy a car, and Joe is no doubt a large part of the reason. Sales/Support/Service all A+

I bought my Scion tC from Checkered Flag last month and had the best experience EVER! The salesman had an outstanding personality and treated me very well! He explained all the features of the car, took me for a very long test drive to make sure I was comfortable with it and just made the overall buying experience very enjoyable. I will recommend Checkered Flag to ANYONE wanting to buy a Scion or Toyota product. I was referred to Checkered Flag by a friend who purchased an xB from a gentleman named Jeff Bowers I think. I was in the market for a 4-door hatchback and hadn't even really looked at Scions yet when I called. He pulled one off the lot for me, ah, such a beautiful blue 5-speed xA (manual a HUGE requirement) and held it for 2 DAYS while I shopped around! He even let me take it home the first night. Told me he knew I would be back for it. Needless to say, I LOVE my beautiful blue baby! Yes, they are always short on Scions, but as I saw, there were a few being sold the couple times I went in there, and yet still he held it. That was cool. So I got the car I wanted. And now I am a JUNKIE!

I was looking around at all of the factory turbocharged cars out there and decided that I didn't want my monthly payment to be over $300, so I stopped in at Checkered Flag one day and they had just pulled a Classic Silver tC off the truck. It just happened to be the only 5 speed they had on the lot so I grabbed it up pretty quick. My salesperson, Jeff, was very knowledgeable and extremely courteous and personable. The service department did a great job of assembling the vehicle (it had no mirror or radio when I snagged it) in the day that they said it would take to get it all ready. The only complaint I have is about the Business Manager I went through. She was extremely pushy with the extended warranty stuff and I ended up buying it to get her to shut up. Anyway, I had a very pleasant experience overall and would recommend Checkered Flag Toyota/Scion to anyone.

I recently bought a 2005 Scion xB from Checkered Flag. It is an excellent dealership to do business with and I was amazed by its state of the art, high tech facilities. Refreshing, talented sales people who have knowledge of the car market today. A no pressure selling experience that makes buying a Scion fun! Great follow-up after the sale. People are up front and honest. After meeting with the general manager, it was clear where the entire staff gets their respectful courtesy and professionalism from. This was the best car buying experience I’ve ever had and I highly recommend the group at Checkered Flag to anyone in market for a new vechicle.
I'm active duty Air Force and contacted Checkered Flag Scion prior to coming back to the US. I was stationed in Germany and needed a car ASAP upon my return to the states. The staff at Checkered Flag Scion was very knowledgeable about the tC. The sales person and sales manager reserved my vehicle to ensure it would be there upon my arrival. Their facility is First Class! Although the Scion showroom is inside the main Toyota showroom everything was laid out clean and easy to walk through, a very spacious environment. Their inventory was very low on the tC, there was only another one there and that one was also sold. I saw very few of the xA and xB, which tells me they sell a lot of them and I can see why. The whole Checkered Flag organization is head and shoulders above the rest. They didn't play any games as I have read from others on these forums and did not add any extrenous fees to the car. I contacted other dealers and only Checkered Flag responded to my request. I would definitely recommend anyone in the market for a Scion or a Toyota for that matter to visit them. FULL DISCLOSURE: My father is the Scion Manager at this dealership.

I am a 22 year old single female, and I have purchased 2-brand new cars from Checkered Flag, (1-Honda, 1-Scion)The Honda purchase was great, no complaints. However, Scion is a different story. I love my xB, but the way I am treated after my purchase is less-than-appealing. I had some questions, and after calling them 5 times, I have yet to receive a call back, to this day.(Even the General Manager did'nt return my call) They have not been "rude" to me, but it is obvious that customer service is'nt a high priority with them. Maybe they just think I'm some dumb girl with money to burn, and that's all they care about.
