I ordered my Scion from Dan at Dick Hannah in Kelso WA. It was a rather pleasant experience. They did not play a huge number game, mixing all the numbers with the intention to confuse you. They were simple, honest and friendly! I have since referred several people there and they too have had pleasant experiences. The selection is limited so check in advance if you want a specific car.

I live in OR but purchased in WA because of the "tires for life" program and an extended power train warranty that only the Kelso Scion dealer offers for free if you service with them exclusively. I thought the buying experience at Dick H. Kelso was very good. Even though I was approved with Toyota finance at 8 something they continued to keep trying to get me better rates with local credit unions(final rate was 5.99). Tommy my salesman was very professional and made sure that he could get the exact car I wanted and was able to deliver it the day he said it would be in. When I went to pick up the car it was what I wanted, no surprises. I was offered an extended warranty, and a prepaid service program. I thought I would wait on the warranty and pay for service as needed. I would have bought the cruise control but their price was a little high.
A good experience with no problems. What more could you ask for? I am thrilled with the xB and have no regrets. A+

We worked with two salesmen, Joe was the first to show us our xA, very courteous and knowledgable. Joe helped us out and answered all our questions promptly and with expertise. When we went in to buy the car Dan helped us because Joe was off that day and he too was very professional in his attitude. All in all, very happy with the car and the salesmen at hannah. Was skeptical as we had bought a Mistu. Lancer from hannah in vancouver and was very unhappy with the way we were treated there.
