Bought car some time ago. John was cool. Don't really know what else to say. I really liked buying my car from this place. I go in and talk to John every now and then. If and when I buy a new car I will definitely buy it here.

I was buying a car with my mom yesterday by the time I'm typing this. John was my sales rep, and I gotta say. His a cool guy. He didn't haggle me with any other cars cause I know what I want for me and my mom. I did let him inform me of other information that I forgot to mention with my mom. On the test drive, he let me picked an area to test drive for my mom. And my mom is freaking afraid in a new car and crashing it. He got big balls when my mom was test driving it.
Anyways. John is very helpful on the paper work and also didn't haggle me for additional Scion accessories. We also chatted about other stuff like video games and anime stuff while the paperwork is being process by the other staff.
By the time we get into the finance part. Todd is also cool. He told us an awesome story about that Lo-Jack system. And convince me to get it installed in my car.
So overall, Elmhurst Scion, the staff and my new 2008 Scion xD. Very Awesome!!

Yeah thats about it....I had been to four other dealerships today and not one dealer was willing to let us do the talking and actually listen to what we had to say.
I got in the car for my test drive and instead of overloading me with facts about the car that i didn't need to know he let the car sell itself basically...
It was by far the best dealership experience I've ever had...(mostly cuz i came out of it with my new 07 TC)...

Arhet just sold my Girlfriend Roxanne a New 06 Scion xA, I have nothing but good things to say bout our experience today at Elmhurst Scion and Arhet. They are a great dealer to work with I would recommend any other shopper in the market for a Scion to see Arhet and the sales staff at Elmhurst Scion.

Raul is the best sales man out there, finally a sales man who knows what they're talking about and not trying to push a sale but help make the right decision. I bought my RS1 in May and I had never had such great sevice. I owned a Jeep Liberty and a Mazda 6 previous to the tC and have drivin many other cars nothing compares to the feeling of the tC though. I LOVE IT!!!

Elmhurst scion is the best dealership I've ever been to. Raul is the greatest salesman ever and should be voted as the best scion salesman of the year. I recommend this toyota /scion dealrship to all in search of a good great car.

I have to say, I've had good car buying experiences in the past, but buying a car from Elmhurst Scion was the best by far, in large part because of Raul. Raul never pressured me to do any add-ons, answered any random question that came to mind, and was even able to get my car for me well before the quoted 6-8 wait time. Take the best parts of what a car salesman should be, and add to that the knowledge of a car enthusiast, and you have the best reason to buy your car from Elmhurst over the other area dealers. Thanks Raul!
The dealership as a whole is great too; it's pretty, well stocked, and free Starbucks! My finance guy was exceptional too, especially since he stayed late one night to make sure all my trade-in paperwork got done, without even a bit of frustration. Thanks!

Raśl Hurtado at Elmhurst Scion is not a car salesman -- well, I mean, he is but he's not the stereotype to be sure. He knows his product better than any salesperson I've dealt with at any dealership but on top of that, he's a quality guy...very approachable and doesn't come off like he's working any angle. He's clearly into his product and that means a lot as far as I see it. If the salesperson doesn't believe in what they're selling, why should I?
We just bought our tC from Raśl -- delivered today, more quickly than he'd originally said it would be here (so, however that happened, we're happy). Obviously I can't speak about service, but I was impressed with how clean the shop was when we looked in on it.
Finance was fine -- we ended up working with two different guys in finance over the course of the purchase and both were cool.

I must just say that my heart belongs to Raul Hurtado. I had been wanting a tC for about 6 months and was finally ready to purchase one when I had a few problems with another (unnamed) dealership, but Raul made my dream come true. He had exactly what I wanted and was able to deliver it in a reasonable amount of time. Raul is the nicest and friendliest guy ever. Definitely not your "typical" car salesman. I would recommend him to anyone and everyone interested in getting a Scion.
The finance guy (I can't remember his name) was awesome - very down to earth and friendly. He explained everything to me in detail and didn't push me into anything that I didn't want.
The entire dealership was very clean and welcoming. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by at least two other smiling salesman while I was trying to find Raul - which is awesome by me, because I hate when you walk in somewhere and noone acknowleges your presence.

Great experience....first time car buyer....Raul made it easy and stress free...very knowledgable about the product and a good resource...financing was a breeze of course due to scion policy, as advertised....received my box and it has exceeded expectations...

I have to say that this was the best dealership experience I have had, I have owned 10 cars. Raul was the the type of salesman that people would like to encounter when buying a car. He never pressured me to buy options I didn't want, answered every question I had when I had one, and was extremely friendly. The dealership itself is also top notch. It is a relatively new building and the way it is set up is great. Free Starbucks!!!! I had been to Schaumburg Scion and Arlington Scion before and they did not know how to treat their customers. I am very surprised to hear any good reviews from those places. Go the Elmhurst Scion and you will not be disappointed.

I worked with Raul, and I must say, he definitely knows what he's doing. Not only is he a Scion salesman, but he's also an xB owner, and can speak from personal experience. He knew the answer to every question I asked. He also wasn't pushy at all, which is helpful to me because I don't like to be pushed into anything. The showroom was spotless and they even had free Starbucks coffee :). They had the exact model I wanted, except that the wheel coverings weren't the ones that I liked (the ones that I liked(the 6 spoked ones,) were on the vehicle in the showroom). What did they do? they pulled the wheel coverings right off of the showroom xB and put them on the one that I wanted. IMPRESSIVE. I wouldn't expect that from any car dealer, but they worked with me here. I'm very satisfied. WOULD HIGHLY RECOMEND!! Thanks Raul, I'll see you on the 16th hopefully for the Halo 2 event.

Two thumbs up for Elmhurst Scion and Raul. Elmhurst was my second dealership that I went too. I had a bad experience at the first dealership; I was scared that this whole pure pricing was a bunch of BS after my first dealership experience, until I met Raul. He answered all my questions and wasn't a pushy salesman like the other dealership. I would recommend Raul to any future Scion owner. Keep up the good work!!
After having to deal with several other dealerships that would rather push me into a different Scion then what I wanted, it was a relief to meet Raul at Elmhurst Scion who insisted that I get what I wanted rather then pushed into something "close".
Where other dealerships were always giving me the "well" and "but" or "sorry", I consistently got "No Problem" from Raul.
When issues came up that might have set me off, both Raul, and Bob in Service, nipped them in the bud and took care of things without me having to arm wrestle them for service. In fact, most of the time I didn't even get the chance to ask, they were already on it and taking care of it!
Add to the great purchasing experience a good car (the one I wanted no less), and continuing good service AFTER the purchase, plus the Scion community and comradery, I've not only purchased a car, but made friends and found a new and exciting hobby to boot!
I would certainly do business with them again in the future!

Raul, ur D man. Thanks for making my 1st car GREAT. U guys are very helpful except for d financing matter. I was lock to a certain rate but after coming in made the sale I got the new rate. Maybe next time I'll get it in writing ;) as a proof. And DUDE, hopefully we can get some free stuff too not ust keychains and caps but thanks though. A floor mat set should've been wonderful. Ur dealership is cool and have a nice pleasant environment. More power to ELMHURST TOYOTA/SCION.....

I was really impressed with Elmhurst Scion. Obviously there was no pressure but i was treated with respect the whole way. Raul was my sales rep. and he knows his stuff too, which is nice. The finance guys were awesome and were not really pushy about the warranty either. I waited on another dealer 2 weeks over the promised time and finally decided to go with elmhurst scion because they had my xb in stock and they were also very professional.
