well what can i say Andrea has the patience of an angel. when i first stared looking about a year ago at the xB she was very helpful and knowledgeable. It took about 8 more months before i was finally able to buy and she was helpful for the entire time. She did a great job and i would definitely buy from her again.

I bought my beautiful eye catching Scion tC from Grappone. Being a first time buyer I wasn't really sure what to expect from a dealer. All I knew was that i wanted one of the tC out in the parking lot. luckily, the wonderful Andrea Neves was my sales person. Right off the bat, she introduced her self and made my mom and i feel very comfortable. Her bubbly personality and her professional manner made my first time car purchase experience well worth it. I absolutely love my tC and i am very impressed with all the work Andrea has done to make my dream come true.

After having my brand new tC for just barely 2 months, I was unfortunately involved in an accident (not my fault), which totaled my car. Being so pleased with the Scion product & Andrea as a salesperson, I didn't have to think twice about where to get another car. Even though she didn't have to, Andrea did everything she possibly could to help get me into another car as soon as possible. As with the purchase of my first car, the purchase of my 2nd went very smoothly and stress free. Andrea will go that extra mile that many salespeople will not, to make sure you have a great car buying experience. Even if you are just passing through the showroom, she will greet you with a smile & a hello & see if you need any help. Any questions I have, she's always willing to answer them. She is an all around great person & she has become a very good friend of mine. Scion makes great cars & Andrea at Grappone is the one to buy them from!

Andrea rocks! I attended a car show thrown by Grappone yesterday, and was impressed by this dealership as a whole, and found myself wishing I had found it before I had purchased my car! Everybody was extremely polite and knowledgeable, and the show was well organized and FUN. After spending some time talking to Andrea, I can see that anybody would be lucky to have her as their salesperson. She's personable, knowledgeable, and incredibly nice!

Dropped by the Grappone dealership when I saw that they had the Scion xD in the color that I wanted, wasn't planning on buying that day since i had just come down from camping all weekend and my car was still full!! Already test drove the xD at the Rockingham dealership but was very unhappy with the service of their sales people as they were very pushy and rude so I walked out on them. Andrea instantly did as much as she possibly could for me even though she had another customer. Once that customer left I spent a good few hours with her finalizing the buy of my xD and I've gotta say that she is probably the most enthusiastic person I have ever met and she was very contagious, made me feel very comfortable (and this is coming from someone who doesn't trust ANYONE). Bent over backwards to make my experience great and was even at the dealership helping me an hour past their closing time and I never felt like I was rushed. Will definitely recommend to everyone!!!
I met Andrea through our work together for the Scion event. She is a thorough, energetic person to work with! Her passion for her job and desire to serve her customers is unparalleled. Having spent many hours in her office, I witnessed her interaction with customers both on the phone and in person. She was very professional no matter what the situation. I would gladly work with her again and look forward to when our paths cross again. The Scion event was fabulous and everyone had a great time! I have a blue Scion tC and it is the best first car i will ever have. I'm 16 and i wanted a very good quality and looking car and i went to the Toyota dealership and saw a celica but it was to high of price for the age and the Andrea came out to talk to us about the Scion tc which is just like it and how we should look into it. So my parents and i did look at it and two or three months later we bought it. I have made this car into a fast and furious car. I have a loud muffler and under glow and a LOT of blue light inside the car. Andrea is the best sales person i have ever met and i always visit her because shes like a sister to me. She may be short but shes got a lot of spunk and ambition. I am telling everyone if you want a very good car you better go with a scion tc. Even for a first car its great and very low price. Have fun with all your scions i know i will!!!

We bought a tC from Grappone Scion. We looked at a number of cars and had test driven a tC before. We went back and Andrea immediately greeted us and asked if we had any questions. Andrea told us that she herself owned a tc, and started telling us all the options that came with it. She was very knowledgeable about all of the things. She didn't pressure us into anything and let us decide on all the options for our car. We really enjoyed our car buying experience and recommend Andrea and Grappone Scion to anyone that wants to buy a Scion.

My sister just recently purchased a '07 tC. I went down with her one of the times she went to Grappone, and I have to say that Andrea is an awesome sales person. She is extremely energetic and she had an answer to all of the questions that my sister and I asked. Not like one of those mono-toned salesman that don't tell you the answer to what you're asking. I couldn't believe how simple the entire process was for my sister to get her tC. Andrea even showed us all the options my sister could get, and the ones that Andrea had on her own tC. She is simply the greatest salesperson i have ever met.

I bought my '07 tC about a month ago & it is awesome! I first went to Grappone not expecting to buy a brand new tC, but to just test drive one. I had been looking into a used one 40 mi. away & figured I should drive one close to home before traveling all that way & taking the chance of not liking how it drove. I got to Grappone & met Andrea, the awesome saleslady of Scion :) We took the car out & I loved it. She was very knowledgeable about the car & I found out that the used cars I was looking at were practically the same price as a brand new one! We sat down in her office & talked. A couple months passed, Andrea stayed in contact with me, then came the time I was ready to buy a tC. Andrea made the whole car-buying experience extremely stress-free. She was very enthusiastic, friendly & honest. She respected me & didn't pressure me at all. Thanks to her, I have a brand new car I can afford at the age of 19. I would definitely do business with Andrea again & recommend her to everyone!

I have been car shopping with my boyfriend for a couple weeks and instantly got a welcoming feeling as soon as we entered the dealership. The atmosphere was relaxed and Andrea was very helpful. It is hard to find a dealership where the sales department works for you and with you instead of being intrusive. We went to a few dealerships and none were as knowledgeable about the Scion as Andrea which increased our interest. The process of purchasing the vehicle was quick and easy. Even though the car purchased was not on the lot, my boyfriend had his new car in less than a week. I would consider purchasing my next vehicle from Grappone in a heartbeat.

Overall, I found everyone at Grappone to be helpful. But Steve in financing and Andrea were by far the most helpful. Andrea was amazing to work with. She had a few customers that had showed up before us, but never made us feel less important and she (and Steve) also stayed extra late to help close the deal on our Scion xB. She was able to answer any questions we had and still takes time to answer ones we didn't think of at the time of purchase. I would recommend her to anyone looking to buy a Scion!

I just bought my 2007 Scion tC and i love that car!! When I went to Grappone Andrea came out and was extremley friendly and made me feel comfortable while I was there. I wasn't planning on buying a car at the moment because I wanted to test drive and look around more but once I sat down with her and she could answer all of my questions without having to ask anybody else. I knew that I was going to make a deal. I had a great experience at Grappone and I would definitely go back there to purchase another vehicle!

I am extremely satisfied with my Scion xB. Although I would have appreciated having a different color than white, I have to say that my Scion xB is still performing just like new. I have put on less than 4500 miles so far since my purchase last July, have taken it on 2-3 out-of-state trips, and have totally enjoyed the comfortable ride. It is just the right height in getting in and out of it, too! I couldn't have selected a better vehicle for my first time ownership of brand new car. I just bought my 2006 Scion xA yesterday and I'm in love. My whole experience, from start to finish was excellent. Andrea was knowledgeable, polite, easy going, and most of all fun (which made the whole "auto buying" experience a lot less of a hassle). Being a young woman in a car dealership can be a scary thought. However, all of my worries were no more after dealing with Andrea. She was enthusiastic, genuine and VERY knowledgable-- all without the pressures of a stereotypical salesperson. The entire process-- test drive to drive home-- was a breeze and so very exciting. The Grappone team was most respectful and Andrea was just a doll-- all while being very professional. I have recommended Andrea Neves at Grappone Scion to everyone that i have come accross! When my husband called me at work to tell me to meet him at the Scion dealership I had no idea I would be driving home in a new car. Andrea had all the paperwork set up and ready for me. As soon as I pulled up, she had my old car assessed and we moved quickly to getting me into my new Scion xA.
I have owned my Scion xA for two weeks now and I LOVE it. What a great car!! It is so much fun to drive and excellent in inclement weather. Andrea was pleasant, efficient and got as excited as I did when I finally drove my car away.

After going through what I'd call "car buying HELL" with another Scion dealership, Grappone Scion was the dealership (thanks to Andrea) that met my needs in every way possible. I was kept up to date re: my tC before it had come in and before I had even stepped foot into the dealership. NOT TO MENTION... I dealt with the BEST sales lady who made the entire process of buying my first brand new car an ABSOLUTE BREEZE! As far as the warmth/personable attitudes, definitely an experience to boast about and would strongly recommend this particular dealership, along with the specific sales lady, to all! One in a million opportunity to walk out of a car dealership without a worry!! Thanks!

I had my little Toyota Paseo for 7 years and 213000 miles when I decided the old girl was getting ready for retirement. Having much luck with my Toyota, I decided to start researching the newer models, and came accross the Yaris. I KNEW this was the car for me. I had my heart set on it. So there I stood in the Toyota half of the dealership alone and nervous of my first interaction with a dealership. I stood there for five minutes. Five became fifteen, fifteen became twenty. I had a salesperson paged. Nobody came. I got discouraged and casually meandered around cars I obvously couldn't afford, at which point Andrea came over. She asked me if there was anything she could help me with. So I explained my plight. She smiled and said "while I am a Scion salesperson, I would be more than happy to help you through this process." She was very gracious in letting me drive everything I needed, and giving me all the time in the world to make the best desicion for me. Thank you Andrea.

I just wanted to let everyone know that I been into other dealers and the only one that has surprised me is Grappone... I've been there couple of times and I test drove a Scion xB first, then a tC and the sales lady "Andrea Neves" was really helpful and happy to show me all the features on both vehicles. Even if I was just test driving them and not buying yet. She demonstrated professionalism and knowledge in anything that I was asking. I will be buying my Scion at Grappone from Andrea in a month and I am recommending her to all my friends and to go to Grappone.

I purchased my Scion tC from Grappone Scion back in October of 2004 and I've been satisfied with Grappone and their excellent customer service since then!! In fact, I was so fond of Grappone's excellent sales staff and customer service that I decided to apply there for a position. A few weeks later I got a call from the Toyota sales manager of the dealership asking me to come in for an interview!! I was hired as a greeter! I did this for about 6 months until one day my Sales Manager sat down with me and asked me if there was any other position that I was interested in. At the time I wasn't really sure up until he mentioned to me if I'd like to run the Scion Sales Department at Grappone Scion and sell Scions!! Since then, I've been running the Scion Sales department and selling Scions for about two years and I love it!!

When we came into the dealership we had just stopped to look at the vehicle. While looking around it we found the xB was something we like. Andrea came out and right away offered a test drive. She was very knowledgeable, very polite, and was not pushy. She gave us respect and that's what we liked about her. We didn't decide right away that we were going to buy the vehicle and she didn't constantly hound us but any time we had questions she made time to speak with us. We ended up buying the vehicle and loved it. Any questions we have she will still answer even though we have already bought because she still respects us.

I purchased a Scion xA from Andrea Neves. I was working with her for like 2 hours, she was trying to get me the best deal (which she ended up doing). She took her time to explain everything to me, all the functions, and the new accessories that my Scion has. I explained to Andrea that I was making payments on another vehicle and I needed to keep my payments as low as possible. So she went back and forth with her manager until she got me a really good deal. I will definitely recommend Andrea in Grappone to all my friends.

I just purchased a Scion xB from Grappone. I have never purchased a vehicle from them before. Initial order was taken by David Randall. I informed him that I did not want the vehicle swapped with another dealer because I did not want someone else driving the vehicle. So Dave was able to swap with another dealer for an xB that was already coming into port. It took approx. 3 weeks. I got a call from Steve (Finance Dept) that the vehicle came in (Thursday evening). I went to dealer on Saturday but Dave was out sick. Instead, I worked with Andrea Neves. She was very knowledgeable, helpful and very polite. She got all the paperwork filled out. She went the extra mile, as well as the service department, to get the vehicle ready as well as install 3 dealer accessories (including Scion Security) so that I could take the vehicle home on Saturday. They had the car ready at 4 PM. It was a team effort and they did a great job. Andrea is great and I would recommend her to others.

We walked into Barren showroom. No one there could be bothered to speak with us but it did not matter because all they had on their lot were tow TC's, both not even close to what we wanted.
Spoke with a woman who never identified herself. She appeared hurried and occupied with other things. No matter how many times I hinted to then to sit us down and give us some figures they just ignored us.

Walked in and sales people never even talked to me on multiple occassions. I had a friend in parts who was very helpful though. Staff knowledge I give to my friend who worked there. If he didn't know he would go out back and ask.
It's a much better place now that Andrea is in charge of the Scion department. Being an owner herself she does her best to know owners who come back in for visiting or business. Either way you're treated just the same.

I found the people at Grappone to be very informative, they definatly knew their stuff and did the research to learn about what they were selling. The biggest problem, is that they are not open on Sundays. As a consumer, weekends are the only time I have to do my own errands, and because they weren't open I didn't buy my box from them, nor will I have them service it. They certainly know their stuff though.
