alex definitely made my first car purchasing experience easy and was very helpful with questions etc. he told me how much he loved his own scion and after hearing about his stories i too fell in love with the scion tc.

The staff was very friendly and welcoming as soon as I pulled into the parking lot. There was a salesman as soon as I exited my car welcoming me to the dealership. That was great because I knew right what I was looking for and wanted to speak to someone directly. The process was very painless and staff was energetic to help me out in every way they could. The deal is not finalized yet but so far in my experience I would purchase from Ira again.

I was very impressed when I came to IRA and was immediately greeted with a warm welcome from my sales representative Alex Baker. Not only did he break everything down for me which was helpful being a first time new car buyer, he also shared his personal experience with me about his love of his own Scion TC. Never once was I disappointed with service, and I never felt confused about the options or car itself since all was broken down for me and shown to me in writing. I strongly urge anyone first time car buyer or experienced car owner, to come see Alex at Ira Danvers because I couldn't be happier with my new Scion!!!

My experience at this particluar Toyota/Scion dealership was more than what I was expecting. From the very beginning I was treated not as a target for a sale but as a person who was unfamiliar with the scion tc but very interested and by the end of my visit I became an owner. The salesman, Alex Baker was more than helpful, had a great personality throughout my visit, and was very knowledgeable about this specific car as well as any other car I hada question about. I am very pleased with the service here at Ira Toyota/Scion of Danvers, MA, and recommend it to anyone who is looking for a new or pre-owned car.

I've bought 6 cars and its been a painful experience all but one time! I bought a Scion Tt from Ira (Alex Baker Sale person) and it was soooo painless! i walked in with no money bad credit and a bad attitude and left with a new car at a good price and payment. The finance team (Hetish Patel) also went out of their way to do my insurance for me. The hole experience was great i love my car and i loved buying it!

I just purchased a scion tC. I love my new car. The sales person was very knowledgeable on the product. His name is Alex Baker. I recommend him and his associate Nigel to anyone. This dealership rocks. I'm so happy I found the right car for the right money.

I bought an Xa at Ira the sales person name was Mark he knew most features about the car but was wrong or didn't know some of the features. The sales process was not as painful as some dealerships but then again my wife and I are very forward and stern. They didn't have much of an inventory of Xa's. But I was impressed with the service department. The only reason I would buy another car from Ira Scion is for the Service/repair department.

The dealer was friendly. But he didnt know anything about the scions. He could not answer basic questions about the tC. The only thing he knew was the front seats can fold down flat and the back seats recline. It was a hassle to talk to them about the college grad rebate. They gave me the $400 off but they didnt know about the additional benefits. When I asked, they replied "oh, you'll probably get those too". I dont like the word "probably" at a car dealership. Then they said they would research and call me back regarding the college grad program. They never did. In conclusion, the salesman was cool and nice. But I would not buy a car from them again.

I went to IRA and saw 4 TCs on the lot. Which I found out why they had so many left. The TC I test drove had 70miles on it with a lot of scratches ((while other dealership sell it before they can get it on the lot)). The sales rep. was very nice but didn't know too much on the car. He relied a lot on the site for information. The problem wasn't buying the TC, it with the manager on my trade in. We wanted about $500 more then what Kelly Blue Book offered. Instead of telling us that it was the best they can do, he started lecturing me on how a FEW hundred dollars shouldn't keep me from getting the car I want. We got up an walked out and he was still adding rude comments. IRA has an excellent service station with long hours, but I would never buy a car from them. Same rude attitude happened the last time I was there to buy my Corolla, I should of known better. Both times I started at IRA and bought at Atlantic on the Lynnway.
