Scot Laurent was very helpful, patient, knowledgeable, and persistant in getting back to us. We played telephone tag for 2 days and we called Betty and she stepped in and hooked the two of us together. I love my new car and can't believe it only took 24 hours to pull this all together. Donna

I had an issue with my age/income and financing, but Irwin kept a positive outlook and I ended up getting a loan from Toyota under my own name. Also, my car was not in stock but they managed to speed up the delivery and get me a new 07 model at the same time. Extremely helpful and a nice staff.

I bought the Flint Mica tC. I walked in at the end of the business day on Saturday and drove away the same day -- with financing! I also got a sweet Scion flashlight -- it makes a "bat symbol" on the wall.
