When I walked into Scion two weeks ago I was frustrated because my car shopping experience was turning into a nightmare. Rob Piraino welcomed me into Scion and immediately I felt the difference between Scion and everyone else. Rob knew everything about the car he was demonstrating, and was able to answer questions I hadn't even thought of yet. After demonstrating all the cool features of the tC he sat me down, and we built my car. The entire buying process was incredibly smooth, Rob was very reachable and communicative, and went out of his way to make sure I was completely satisfied.
I love my car, and I have been telling everyone who compliments it that if they want a great car from a great dealer then they absolutely have to contact Rob at Penn Toyota.
THE DEALERSHIP WAS ONE OF THE MOST AMAZING I HAD EVER BEEN TO. WE WERE NOT CONVINCED TO BUY THE CAR UNTIL WE CAME HERE. ONCE THEY TOLD US EVERYTHING ABOUT IT. WE FELT CONFIDENT IN OUR DECISION BECAUSE WE KNEW THEY WERE VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE.

Rob was great. I came in needing a new car and wasn't sure if I should buy a certified used vehicle or a new vehicle. Rob showed me around everything that I asked and was very honest and helpful. When he showed me the Scion xD, I was very impressed with the value and design. I found that I could get a new car for what I was going to spend on a used, and it would have great features. It was pretty much a no-brainer. I would highly recommend talking to Rob about your next car.

I just got a brand new 2008 tC. Rob was very easy to work with and was always there to answer my question when I called. The car is amazing and they helped me through the process. They were excellent. I would buy from them again in the future and would refer tons of people there.

Just got my SW 08 xB over the weekend. Joni and Rob made my first car buying experience an excellent one.
I first went to cars.com to get a quote from a few Scion dealers around me. All the other guys just replied with a simple price quote. But Joni from Penn actually gave me a call to see if I am interested in getting a test drive.
Went for a test drive the weekend after. Car was nice, Joni & Rob was really knowledgeable to Scion, answered a lot of questions that I have. Never thought that buying a car was actually this easy.
The only bad part is that I have to wait for almost 5 weeks for the car to arrive....

I got a new car, Scion tC and I haven’t been happier. It was all due to the great salesmanship of Robert C. Piraino, he explain all the key features that showed how Toyota out weighted all the other car companies. The Scion tC was actually my 1st choice and I'm happy I went back to it thanks Rob and Thanks Penn Toyota.

I finally decide that my 10 year old car was on its last legs. On a whim, I stopped by Penn Scion, just to look around. They directed me to Rob. After telling him exactly what I wanted (an affordable yet hip NEW car) he suggested the Scion. Never having seen it before, I asked many questions. Rob answered every single one, was laid-back, and very easy to work with. Two hours later, I left a completely satisfied and new Scion owner.

Rob Piraino was excellent! We highly recommend him, and the Penn Toyota Scion dealership! Our experience was great, and we absolutely love the Scion XA. The buying process was virtually effortless, and we received the car very quickly. The staff is friendly and knowledgable! Rob was so helpful with the process; make sure you come and ask for him.

Nice service department. They try hard to help and do things quickly and well. Good techs they have there. Not fond of the sales dept, tho.

After getting a 9 week run-around from my local Scion dealer, I began making calls to locate an xB. Penn Toyota came up in my search and immediately impressed with their friendliness. The receptionist didn't just leave me on hold, she explained who she was paging, what was transpiring, and how long it would take; she was very reassuring. When I arrived (just hours after initiating the first call) salesman Thierry Germain had the 'box ready to go. He had already taken care of my insurance (out of state!), and registration (also out of state!). Not to mention removing a few options I didn't need, after hours! All in less than 5 hours! Penn Toyota handled my transaction better than any of the other cars I've ever bought, which is saying something special considering how little time they had to put it all together.
On a side note, Thierry is hands down, the most technically knowledgeable salesmen I've run across. His explanation of Toyota's ignition capabilities in the 'box gave me chills!

Penn Scion made the entire purchasing experience a delight!
Compared to another local Scion dealer, Penn was in a totally different league. My salesman Thierry was very knowledgable and helpful. I never thought buying a car could be such a pleasant experience!
Also, evening service hours for oil changes will also simplify life.
