Worst dealership I have ever dealt with, will not do business with this company EVER again. I made it clear I was worried about the paint quality on this car and spoiler prior to purchasing. They assured me there were no problems at all, so I bought them. The paint on the car itself was ok since I actually saw that before buying. The spoiler was ordered and came with piss poor paint, so poor in fact that I can and have done much better with a can of spray paint. I asked for them to fix it or remove the spoiler and reimburse my money and they refused both, even Scion corporate flopped on me and I lost around $500 due to their lies and bs. To make matters worse I had my car undercoated and they got overspray all over the paint of my car which to this day a year and a half later I am still cleaning off. I even asked this company to stop contacting me in any form including mail and I am still receiving mail from them. Since I have gone to other dealers for my business with no problems.

After buying an 05/06 xA, I paid to have it undercoated. I called days before pickup to have it done before I picked up the xA. They said it was done. Paid for the xA and drove an hour home only to change clothes to get under the xA to find it had not been done.
Guess what they wanted me to do after calling and raising hell?!! Bring it back. No, I said just send me my $249.00 plus sales tax and my 3% titling tax on the $249.00. The manager said they could not refund the money if it was part of the deal. I am still waiting for the manager to call back. Well, after a week of waiting for Priority to call back I had to call a different manager to get my refund. The check came a week later.
In fact I am going to fill a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission due to the Moroney Label not being on the window as required by law.

I had an outstanding time buying from Priority. They were friendly and knowlegable. I recommend them to anyone that I meet. I was in and out of the dealership with financing and paperwork complete in about 2 hours. It was a great purchase experience.

I shopped all Scion dealers in Hampton Roads and Priority was the most responsive and knowledgable. David Pena was my sales person and he is the reason I would purchase another car from Priority.
My only "issue" was that it took 3.5hrs to actually take delivery fo my Scion on the day it was scheduled.

Had no problems at all everything went smooth as it should. See David Pena when you go.

Priority Scion was a great place to get my Scion. I went to a couple other places around here but the people I talked to didn't seem to have their stuff together. Dave and Brad over at Priority were great though! They knew the answers to all my questions and made my first car buying experience a great one. They even went the extra mile getting the paperwork straight with my family way out of the area. These guys are awesome guys and know their stuff! All 10s for a 10 of a dealership!! Go check them out!!!
