Anyone looking for a Scion in this area give Mo a shout, he was so easy to work with and knew the answer to all my questions. I just picked up my series 3.0 XB and again I was over overwhelmingly impressed with the sales staff at Roger Smith & Sons. My salesperson, Mo, is awesome and this is my second XB I have purchased from him. The service staff was excellent as always. I wouldn't let any of my friends buy a Scion anywhere else.

I came in looking for a Celica and after I was informed they weren't in production, Ryan told me about the Scion tC and the pure price - awesome in my opinion, better than a Celica and cheaper. I just bought me a new Scion xb and I love it! It was my first time buying myself a brand new car, so I didn't even know a thing about the process of getting one. Ronnie Westbrook was my salesman and he is tremendous! He made everything so trouble-free!!! Ronnie was is such a nice man and went out of his way as much as possible to help me be at ease and get this car. If I have any questions, I just call him up and he is always there to answer them. He even called me afterwards you to make sure everything is going okay. Now that is a great Salesperson!

JR was very easy to work with. He made the whole process as painless as possible I can't wait to get the accessories installed that I added to my car at purchase. My experience with Roger Smith Toyota and Scion has been extraordinary. My sales representative, Jay, was a pleasure to work with. I was in the market for a new car unexpectedly when my car was totaled. As soon as I first drove the TC at the dealership, I knew it was the car for me. Jay’s enthusiasm helped turn my unpleasant situation into the best car buying experience I have ever had. He also did a great job following up to ensure that I was completely satisfied with my purchase.

I was looking for a 5-speed TC and it seemed to be slim pickings, I noticed that Roger Smith was selling Scions now and low and behold they had the car I wanted in about a week. I had an amazing time the day I saw the 2006 xB that I now own. I am 19 and at the time was a little nervous. MO the dealer who helped me took his time explained and told me the things I needed to know. The staff was great and really made me feel comfortable with making a decsion. By no means were the pushy or simlar to other car dealers I had delt with that day. In fact the day I meet MO and saw my xB I went to Olathe Toyota before to test drive a tC and the dealer there had pissed me off and lost the sale to begin with. but at Roger Smith and Sons they took care of me and got me hooked up with the car that I had been wanting since 2004. So to MO congrats on your new son! and thankyou for your help and time in helping me meet my goals.
So if you want a toyota or Scion in Missouri or Kansas you go to my man MO at Roger Smith and sons because everywhere else is a waste of Time.

I had been to several dealerships of various makes, with out ever getting a salesperson to give me an actual price of a car. I was bowled over when I walked into a scion dealership, and all the prices, the prices for options and everything were clearly labeled and described.
Shawn, that I worked with, was very helpful, providing any information I required, even if it meant hunting someone down to find the correct answer. What really got me was a mix up on my financing. Somehow I was erroneously pre-approved. The finance officer worked with me though, and they honored my loan approval anyway.
Also, I want to commend Shawn for the effort of getting all my options installed and my car delivered as soon as was possible.

I had talked to Jay Nash on the phone and asked for him when I got there, I was greeted at the door with, "you must be Dallas?" I thought that was kinda nice. Jay was very busy that night which is what threw might first impression off a little bit. I told Jay what I wanted and we worked some numbers. (tip with scion, what they quote you from trade, they wont change. They can offer whatever they want but they wont change it because of the paper trail). I wasnt offered what I wanted on my trade but it wasnt bad. Then when I talked to Jay the next day he told me he could have me a white tC the next day I was very suprised. That kinda sealed the deal. Jay made the rest of the process really smooth. I thought we kinda waited around a little to long waiting for the finance guy but that wasnt really Jays fault. Overall it was a great experience and would deal with them again.

Ordered my new tC from Mo at Roger Smith Scion this weekend. I had been promised a car by a few other dealerships and basically got taking for a run around. Mo asked me not to bad moth or mention the other dealers, goes to show you that you are actually dealing with a good person. Anyways my car should be in this week and I cant wait. Thinking of doing the Carbon fiber hood, I saw it in a magazine the otherday and it was crazy. Anyone looking for an easy time without the extra bull go check at RSS and ask for Mo.

Wow, is it always going to be this easy? I stopped in to take a look at the xB because of some of the commercials I had seen as of late. I was greeted by Juaquin (J.R.) Romo. It was very nice to work with a spanish speaking salesperson. All it took was on test drive and a few minutes of J.R's time and I was sold. This car meets all my needs, especially space, with a baby on the way. I look forward to doing business with J.R and Roger Smith in the future.

Bought my new Camo xB today, have to say my salesman was the Bomb!!! Oh wait it was me, I was easy to work with and new everything about the Scion. Loaded the B up with cold air, quickshifter, strut bar, trd muffler, cruise, appliques, door sill enhancements, shift knob, pedals, mats, tyc lights, rear spoiler and side logo. Since I got it I have thrown 18" rims with Nittos, subs and plan on the supercharger when it comes out. Its been everything I expected. Showed up Roger Smith and Sons last night a little after 7:45 because I thought they were open till nine. I was looking for a tC when I was greated by Mo out by there only two tC's left. He was extremely helpful and even pulled the tC of the showroom floor just so I could drive it. I ended up leaving with the vehicle and Mo along with his dad Big Mac stayed around until an hour after they close to make sure I was taken care of. I just wanted to relay a Thank you and let everyone know to stop by and see Mo or Big Mac next time your looking for a ride.

If you live anywhere near KC and needing a scion or toyota, Roger Smith is the place to go. I had a great experience with them, they even held the tC I wanted overnight while I was thinking it over, and then they held it for a week for me for only a $100 deposit. Considering the demand for the tC right now (the one day they held it they had five other dealers trying to get it) they did not need to do that but they did. My sales guy was Dana, he is awesome, took great care of me and he always comes by to see how things are going whenever I am at the dealership (getting my oil changed or buying something new for it).
The service department is top notch too, they even opened back up after closing the day I picked up the car so I could get my floor mats. They also took them out of the package and put them in for me, and they put my wheel locks on for free as well.
I have never had a more pleasant car buying experience than I have had with Roger Smith Scion!

I didn't have a great exerience at the first dealership that I visited and I was told that Roger Smith & Sons was the best place to go. I have just got to say that Mo provided one of the best experiences I've ever had buying a car. He made the test drives easy, was able to answer my questions AND was giving me some helpful information on other parts to upgrade my tC! I had the car I wanted within 4 days!! I love my tC. My husband and I just wanted to say thanks to Mo Zahabi and the rest of the staff at Roger Smith Scion. We came in expecting the same old crap we had experienced in the past. But after getting an opportunity to work with Mo we were more than delighted when we left. I let him know when we came in we were in a hurry, he had us in and out in our new Silver xA!!!! I have purchased cars for over 20 years and I have never been made to feel so welcomed by any other dealership. When you first see the dealership and the people who work there it is immediately made clear that this is different...they have fun at what they do and they do their job VERY WELL. I had been mislead by another dealership and when I simply told my story to Kim, Jay, and Mo; they immediately understood my situation, responded with honesty and clarity, and within the time they told me, I had my new car. The allocation system and the way dealers obtain their cars is very different than the way I was used to and Jay, Mo, and Kim were upfront and energetic about their ability to obtain the car I wanted. They deliverd on EVERY promise they made, made it VERY enjoyable to buy a car, solved a problem with professionalism and efficiency and have earned a customer for life. All it takes is honesty, integrity, and the ability to deliver....thank you Roger Smith and Sons!

I am from K.C., & now live in New Orleans. I was very interested in the tC before it was even delivered to the showrooms. I couldn't find a car I wanted here so I contacted Roger Smith Scion back in my home town. It was the easiest car buying experience I've ever had. Jay Nash was wonderful. He was able to give me information on a car I was only able to see on the internet, and he helped me into a vehicle that I absolutely love! I purchased the Azure Pearl in November 2004 and I named the car Skye. We drove it back to New Orleans from Kansas City and I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Jay and Roger Smith for making it happen so smoothly. I get so many looks and compliments on Skye here in New Orleans because the tC has not really caught on here yet. If I could, I would send everyone back to Roger Smith and share that great car buying experience. Many thanks and hopefully Roger Smith's will be #1 soon, because they truly deserve it!!

I just wanted to say thank you to Big Mac and his son Mo. I just happen to call one night looking for a white automatic XB and not only did Big Mac find one, but it was there the next night. Every other dealership told me a few weeks, so I was relieved when I took delivery the next day. This new sales process is great, I never felt pressure to buy and was actually treated with respect. Doesn't sound like much but it meant the world to me.

I just picked up my new Black Sand xB from Roger Smith Scion today. Have been working with Jay Nash, ask for him when you go in. I came in last week and put in my order and my Box came in a week ahead of time so I am stoked!!! I had the dealership add: rear spoiler, L.E.D's, wheels, floor mats, six disc changer, tube, security system and strut bar. Anyway Jay was awesome to work with and everyone at the dealership was fun and extremely knowledgeable about the Scion’s and their accessories. This may only be my second auto purchase but it was by far the best.

Hey everyone, I purchased my Blue Oynx xB from Mo a few months back when we had our first baby. Everything from start to finish has been awesome. I am so excited I just got my new Azure Blue tC!!. I was recommended to Mo Zahabi by a friend and he more than lived up to the recommendation, he even drove my new car out to my work and delivered it to me personally. I went with the rear spoiler and six disc changer for starts and plan on adding some other stuff later. All in all I just wanted to say thanks to Mo and Kim at Roger Smith Toyota. Just want to say I had an excellent experience working with Mo at Roger Smith Scion. I guess Black Cherry is a hard color to find in the TC, but he got me one and got it quick. I threw the Spoiler and ground effects on and it looks sick!! Plan on throwing some beats in here soon. But anyone looking for a no pressure purchase, go see MO. I would use one word to explain our experience, Awesome. My dad went to every dealership in town looking for my tC and got the runaround from everyone, and then a good friend referred me to Scion Life and Mo Zahabi at Roger Smith Scion. We made one call to them and Mo confirmed he had the vehicle we needed, equipped as we wanted and we were at the lot and leaving with our new car in an hour. Funny how none could find this car but them, we had been promised this car for two weeks from an unnamed dealership (north of the river). We even got a few accessories we didn't really think about until we got there. This was my first purchase experience, even though my dads name is on the paperwork, but I hope this is how it always is. Too Easy!!! The serviceI recieved from MO was incredible, he knew everything about everything when it came to the Scion and its Accessories. It was nice being treated like I was important and not being treated like a dumb blond, like the treatment I recieved at Superior. I went in looking for a Camo XB and was stuck there for hours with my two kids getting pulled in every direction. Luckily I found Mo and Roger Smith Scion, I also got to actually meet one of the owners (Kim Smith) personally which was cool. I would highly recommend Mo to anyone interested in a new Scion. I LOVE mine!!

Roger Smith and Sons is the best dealership in the metro area. I went to several other Toyota dealerships before coming to Roger Smith and Sons, and every one of them tried to push me into buying a car today. Now, now, now. Roger Smith and Sons (and especially my dealer Jay) were exactly the opposite. They tried to make everything as comfortable as possible and definitely succeeded. When questions were asked about the vehicles, answers were immediate and concise. Everything from the way the dealers handled themselves, to the luxury of test driving the cars was totally satisfactory. At one point after ordering my xA, I was told it would take longer to deliver than what they had told me. I was understandably upset, but right along with their apology came immediate make-up for the mistake. Overall, the performance, knowledge, and kindness of the dealership is incredible. I definitely recommend Roger Smith and Sons Scion.
