I was very unhappy with the cars I've had since I lost my Toyota Celica in a bad accident (not my fault) in 2000... I LOVED that car and it's quality saved my life. So I thought I'd never fall n love with another vehicle when that weird XB warmed my heart. Now I drive around with this stupid grin and feel sad for those unfortunates who don't have a Scion. It is so unusual that it's a rolling billboard for Scion... I should get commissions for all the referrals!
But about Rudy's - YOU GUYS ARE GREAT! I tell people the deal I got and well, they go crazy. You should getting a parade of ppl from Duluth coming your way.

Since 2004 when I bought my tC from Rudy Luther, I've always had courteous contact with the salespeople (especially Nancy) and with members of the service department. I highly recommend Rudy Luther for buying a car and for getting any kind of service done. They were especially helpful when I had to have my engine replaced after a flash flood. Any time I need something taken care of, they all seem more than happy to help out. I won't bring my car anywhere else!

Out of all the scion dealers in the Metro area she actaualy got back to me in my preferred way... email!
On the quote requests and on the dealer questions pages that filled out I wrote that wanted email responses not phone calls, apparently no other dealer can read.
Can't wait to pick up my new ride on saturday!

the dealership itself is very nice, and i have met a few people in the dealership who have been very kind and generous. i didn't really have a great experience with nancy moline though. She wasn't the friendliest person i have met but i was there for the car not the person. the tc itself is a great car but she sold me some false information about the vehicle itself. she decided to sell me the 700$ seat heaters but failed to mention that it doesn't work well with cloth seats. also, every time i dropped by to ask a question she never really answered it. she would always tell me to "go check it out on a site, " and go on her way. there are also other incidents i have had where she either didn't tell me the full story, didn't help or wasn't kind to a customer. overall i wish i would have gone to another scion dealership but its too late now. maybe working with kelly would have been better.

If anyone in Minnesota needs a Scion, please go find Nancy Moline or Jessica Hassler at Rudy Luther Scion. Although there was a Dealership closer to my home, Nancy and Jessica sold me (literally) on working with them. I have been a 2006 xA owner for 3 weeks now - and I have loved every single minute of it. The Scion xA driving experience is fun every day, but even more fun when you add a Borla axle back exhaust. The entire buying experience was pleasurable, from the first test drive to the final delivery. I can't thank Nancy and Jennifer enough - for putting up with me. I am very particular when it comes to my vehicles, and they experienced that first hand. They took care of everything as promised, and I look forward to working with them again. First rate job ladies! Thank you.

A few of you have already said what I wanted to say - Kelly is the best dealer I have ever talked to. I have had a bad experience in the past with dealers and was apprehensive to seek out another. I did some searching with some people who work with Toyota in Torrance, CA and Kelly was recommended. I too have recommended her to friends of mine. If you are looking for a genuine person who will tell you how it is and NOT lie to you - Kelly's the gal! She went the extra tC mile to get me answers to questions I had when ordering my '06 tC. I got what I needed and she has been great on the follow up too. I highly recommend RL of GV. As for right now, don't let the re-location of their office scare you --- they are just trying to make it better service to us again. When it comes time to replace the other car in the family, Kelly will be our contact because she is a great person and great at what she does! Thanks Kelly! Cheers to Scion!

Kelly does a great job and is well recommended by me if you are purchasing a Scion in Minnesota. Kelly is a very enthusiastic person and will go the extra mile to make sure you are happy when buying your Scion.

RL scion is the best scion dealership i've been to. I shopped around for a new tc. The had the nicest, and most knowledgeable staff.

I can't Thank Kelly enough for all her patience and understanding in my conversion to my new xA. I started talking with her three months before I "pulled the trigger". I went from a GMC Sierra ext cab to my xA. She smiled and laughed with me as I became more and more infatuated. I got my car last week after some numbers working. Kelly remains a spot of sunshine when I stop in. It's good to see someone who truely loves what they do, not just "working at a job." Thank You.
