well i was in the market for a tc. i went in and the rest was history. i now own a 2008 tc, i must say an awesome car. the salesman joshua mitsis and i hit it off immediately sharing the same interest and enthusiasm for the car. i was looking at the tc the honda civic si and tibiron. he was patient informed and helped with my decision.even after the sale there was a little trouble with one of the finance companies, but that was quickly taken care of. even today i buzz by and talk with him about accessories, up coming events and possible upgrades! kudo's josh!!!! great job keep up the good work. highly recommend sandy springs toyota!!!!

Went to this dealer based on a referral. Was excited to get my vehicle which they had in stock. Went after work, the person I was dealing with on the phone wasn't there, though he said he would be. They also refused to match doc fees even though I was told they would. They wanted me to buy an 08 that had a HUGE dent in the front passenger side and a messed up sunroof cover. Then they offered me 10K on a car that was appraised at 12500. When I refused their offer and the dented car, the guy got extremely upset and defensive.
When we went to get the keys to my car, he started bad mouthing me and my friend that was with me to the point of calling my friend a "not so nice" name. I was completely offended.
Then when pulling out of the dealership, another salesman almost back into my vehicle and had the nerve to get upset with me.
I was not pleased with this dealership by any means.

I went to three dealerships and they all toy-ed with me saying "we have it, we have it, we have it." and of course they didn't. Finally, I heard about Sandy Springs Scion and how good they were so I tried them out. They took my car off the truck that came in 30min before I got there and an hour later I drove home with my new tC.

I ordered a Scion xB RS 3.0 from Sandy Springs Scion based on the dealer reviews here on ScionLife. Although my order was taken quickly, the follow-through was lacking. Often, my phone calls went unreturned for a period of days. In addition, when the first salesperson became unavailable, a second salesperson took over the process and ordered the wrong car (an automatic instead of a manual)! A third salesperson (who specialized in Toyota not Scion) did a better job of processing the order and keeping me informed, but the car was not delivered on time because the second salesperson got involved again and canceled the order! Thus, my car was delayed by a week or two. In my opinion, there is a lack of communication between salespeople. The third salesperson that closed the deal and delivered my car was very apologetic which I appreciated; however, if I am ever in the position of purchasing a Toyota or Scion again, I will not be using Sandy Springs.

This is by far the best dealership I have ever dealt with! It’s not just the quality Toyotas they offer, but the amazing staff they employ! The Scion sales manager was great, helping me out with any little issues that I might have had. Definitely second mile service!!!! The best part is it’s not only the Scion Sales that makes this dealership second to none; it’s also the service department! Everything from windshield cracks to oil changes, I am for sure getting all of my dealer work done at this place! Great attitudes and on the spot attentiveness! I loved it! They seemed like they genuinely wanted to help me out with my car!
You won't go wrong with Sandysprings Toyota/Scion; they are the place to go for all your Toyota/Scion needs!!! If they don't offer what you are looking for, you won't find it anywhere else!
A+++++++++!!!!

I just got my tC a week ago and I would have given this dealership a much higher rating had it not been for the bad experience I had with the sales manager. I was initially quoted a low financing rate which they later lied and said I was never told. I recommend doing your own financing (you'll get a better rate and it will be less of a hassle). The sales manager is pretty inept so make sure you cover all your bases. We agreed to the financing with them but then had second thoughts so she told us we had 72 hours to find different financing. She said she would keep the paperwork from going to the bank but she didn't. So the next morning when we called to say we found other financing she said it had been sent to the bank and it was no longer her responsibility, it was ours. After a lot of screaming we got everything fixed. Basically, if you do your own financing it will be an easy process.

First let me say I ended up coming to Sandy Springs Scion because I had bad customer service at another place. The Scion product manager, Dauphin Butler, and Joe Cunningham are extremely knowlegeable and stick to the "no pressure, pure price, your way" mantra that Scion is known for. I had a bad experience buying a new car 9 years ago, but they made the process very transparent from start to finish. I got exactly what I wanted, and they continue to make sure that I am happy after the sale. Chris Koza in finance is a star tooo, he took time to explaine every single detail of the sales contract, and with my shaky credit history, he got the best deal that I could get without the fuss. The only real hiccup was when I got a wheel package, the supplier put the wrong tires on, and the window tint guy has no concept of being on other peoples time, but these aren't Sandy Springs Toyotas fault. They even let me keep a demo for a week while they got my xB together! I give them A+++++!

I bought my xB from them 2 days ago, and it was a great experience. Doc fees were $399, and everyone was very nice and helpful. I highly recommend them to all considering a purchase. The Scion manager also took my email address for future promotions and sales (for accessories).
