I had been in the market for a new car that fit 3 priorities. I wanted to be somewhere near the 30 mpg range on the highway; I didn't want to spend more than $20k; and I needed a little bit of room because I tend to have to carry a few boxes with me from time to time for work. I saw a Scion xB on display not long ago, and it caught my attention. One day after work, I decided to stop by the Scion Mall of Georgia to see what they had available. Upon my arrival, I was greeted at the door by a couple of young ladies that were able to assess my needs quickly and got me hooked up with Ramy Mousa. Ramy was able to show me the xB's that were in stock, and was very knowledgeable about the options and what was available. The low pressure sales approach was one of the things that made a lasting impression on me. I do not respond well to being pushed in a decision like this. At no point in time did I feel like I was on anyone's timetable but my own. All in all, the experience has been excellent!!

My parents had been in Toyota Mall of Georgia back in September researching cars for me when they met the SCION crew of Ed, Ramy and Chi. They collected all the information they could and delivered it to me later that month when I returned from a trip. I was overwhelmed with all the cool stuff you can do to a SCION. I went online and built an XD the way I wanted it to be. Two weeks ago we drove to SCION Mall of Georgia and met with Ed. It was snowing like crazy but still good driving conditions so Ed recommending a juiced up XD he had on the lot with a full body kit. After returning from the drive I noticed the XB. Well we drove it and I found it fit my needs better. Being a high school tennis coach, I needed more space to carry multiple tennis bags, racquets, balls, etc. We had everything wrapped up in an hour and I was driving home in my new XB in the snow. I continue to get stopped ans asked about my XB. Thanks SCION Mall of Georgia.

I didn't buy my car from there, but I have had it serviced there a couple times. The first time was off-putting, because the service guy made a few inappropriate comments, so that turned me off of them for a while. But I've been back since and received excellent service, so there's definitely been an improvement. Driving up the first time, with the cute girls coming right to the car, was a very pleasant surprise too. I'll definitely keep going back for other service needs.

We had started our shopping for a TC at another dealership and they lied to us about interest rates. Needless to say we left! My mom had purchased a Toyota from Harley at Toyota Mall of Georgia so we made the trip. For an older dude Harley new his stuff on SCION. He laid everything out for us on the desk so we new exactly what we were purchasing and made us feel very comfortable. We took the info home and looked it over and then returned the next day so I could drive home in my new TC. Thanks Harley and SCION Mall. You guys are awesome!

This was 2nd Scion purchase from Scion Mall of Georgia. After I totaled my TC, my wife and I picked up the phone and called Ed. I was curious about the new XB so we scheduled a time to drive it. Just as I had anticipated...we were hooked! I've added a few options including alloy wheels, lighted door sills and a TRD intake. Wow, what a difference. If you are thinking about a Scion, you must check out the guys at that the mall. Ed and his Scion team are awesome to work with! Thanks again guys.

I went to the SCION Mall of Georgia store hoping to get an XB after getting the run a round from another Scion dealership. When I get to the mall, I am introduced to Chi who starts to make things happen. I pick out my new XB and then add all the cool options. I'm getting the Navigation system installed this week so it will be awesome driving thru the ATL without getting lost. Thanks Chi for all your help and for patching up my ill feelings towards Scion. What a great store!

I had read several reviews on Scion before starting out to shop. I was totally impressed with the articles and even my mechanic friend recommended the TC since it has the Camry engine. Well I walk into Scion Mall of Georgia and meet Herbie Andre. What a funny guy but he knows his stuff. He answered all my questions and really sold me on the car. Then I met Ed who got me even more excited after showing me photos of his TC. These guys are really into the whole Scion thing. I left to think about this purchase however, two days later I was driving off the lot in my new TC. Herbie and Ed are awesome! You must check this store out.

I purchased my TC from Scion Mall of Georgia cause they were the only store after numerous calls to other stores, that had all the answers. These guys are top notch on the product and their service level is absolutely 5 star. I love my TC and am now starting to do a few mods. I recommend you check out Scion Mall of Georgia before purchasing your Scion.

I bought my 2006 Scion xB at Scion Mall of Georgia in November 2006. After going to a dealer nearer to my residence and finding the sales people ignorant and not motivated to sell me a car I tried Scion Mall. Ed Holt and his crew did a super job of meeting our needs. We test drove 3 different xB's trying different tire and wheel combos 15,17, and 18" to experience the ride qualities of the different tire setups. With all that and finalizing my deal which was straightforward with no BS, and completed in about 2 hours.

After a lot of online research regarding the car I wanted to buy, as well as the dealership to do it at, I can say that other's reviews have been right on. Chi was more than patient with my incessant need to test drive multiple cars and worked with me on the price beyond the point that most salesmen would (especially for a Scion). My wife and I love our new Xa, and we'll definitely be recommending Scion Mall of Georgia to our friends.

I had the best experience here. The sales stuff were wery helpful and knowledgeable. I've done some upgrades to my car already and they are awsome. They helped me with everything from the very first minute along the way. The service at Toyota Mall of Georgia and the attitude of the Scion department's stuff made my mind up buying a car here and not somewere else and other brand.

All the staff & sales professionals (Scion & non-Scion) were easy to work with..i.e no pushy salesperson. Even after a misunderstanding, my sales people (Ed & Chi) more than made up for it . The facility is also nice. I plan on getting my upgrade-car in a couple of years from ScionMOG... thanks

This was my first car purchase and I was scared to death. The Scion team at Scion Mall of Georgia were wonderful to work with. They new everything about the xA and guided me through every step. I even got a bag of Scion stuff when I left. Thanks Chi and Ed for all your help and I'll send all my friends there to buy a car. I love my Scion xA!

I was taking my girlfriend down to Gwinett of Volvo to pick up an '05 xB and after about 2 hrs of driving, only 30 min. away, the guy called and said that one of the other salesman sold it before he got there that morning. Well since we were already so close I went on down there and went in and asked him what happend and all that. I mean my g/f had already been approved for the loan and bought the insurance for it and everything. The guy said that he was sorry over and over but I told him that she had taken off of work early to go pick it up, he said that he would send her a check in the mail for the time that she missed work and some free gifts as well. I was still pissed but I said ok and walked out.
She still wanted an xB so we went to Toyota Mall of Georgia. It was a great buying experience for her and she got an '06 PW xB with only 16 miles on it and was so happy. They did everything they could to get her in it as fast as possible. I wish I would have gone there first.
We have now bought another xB from Ed and this experience was even better. We got the RS 4.0 with some options had a great time down there, most of which was just chatting and look forward to our next buy from them.

I purchased my Scion from Ed Holt and was extremely impressed with the level of expertise and professionalism upheld by the staff at Scion Mall of Georgia. As we went through the purchasing process Ed continued to make sure that I understood everything and took the time to listen and respond to all of my questions. As a young professional, purchasing a car is a huge investment for me and with Ed I did not have even the slightest hesitation in the decision I was making. Ed has taken the time to follow up with me and make sure that I am still enjoying my Scion and that I'm not having any problems or concerns. I can't tell you what a relief it is to have a reliable car that I know I won't have to throw any additional money into. Thank you Ed Holt and Scion Mall of Georgia!

My husband and I decided to start looking at new cars, not necessarily with the intention of purchasing one. We visited several dealerships. We met with Ed Holt at SMOG on our first visit. He managed to step on my toe at one point (I was wearing flip flops). We drove a tC automatic which I was not crazy about. We left that day with a packet of information, the pure pricing prices, and his card. A few days later in the mail we received a thank you note and a bandaid for my toe. It was a nice touch-good business. We returned several times and ended up driving a tC manual with the salesman Tim Cox. I was smiling the entire time while driving. It was fun to drive and a much nicer ride than the Civic SI. Deciding on the color was the most difficult thing. Ed Holt and Tim Cox were very personable, professional, and available. Our messages were always returned promptly. Our experience with SMOG was the best we've ever had at a dealership and we will most highly recommend SMOG to everyone!

I purchased my 2006 RS 3.0 from Ed Holt at Scion MOG in March 2006. I had first looked at the xB in Oct. 2005 at Scion MOG. Ed actually kept in touch with me without bothering me at all, for the entire 6 months. He informed me of the RS 3.0 xB. I was very impressed with his knowledge of the car and the dealership is awesome. The sale was the easiest car purchase I have ever had. The car was ready and the whole process was painless for me. I did drive about 60 miles one way to get to this dealership. I attempted to buy an xB from a dealer closer to me but, pure pricing seemed like an alien concept to them! It was definitely worth it to me to go to a dealership that knew more than I did about the xB. Ed was very nice to my son; even going along with my tricking him into thinking we were getting a "plain" color instead of the Envy Green. Ed also helped me with a small problem after the sale. I strongly recommend this dealership to all!

I stopped by just to spite Atlanta Toyota because they told me at their dealership that Toyota Mall of Georgia had nothing in stock and wanted me filling out paperwork from the time I walked in their door.
With my defense level high I walked into Toyota Mall. I was greeted by Ed Holt and I told him my interest in test driving an xB. Within 5 minutes we were test driving what turned out to me my new xB. It wasn't exactly how I wanted it option wise but Ed helped me customize it just like I wanted it. These guys even go out and get customization packages for the Scions that aren't factory. For instance, Scion offers a leather package but the dealership is partnered with a company that not only wraps better leather around your seats, but also wraps leather on the door trim, a very nice touch. This was done while I waited on my trade in to be checked out. Ed bought my girlfriend Autumn and I dinner from the grill that’s located at the dealership. It was the best purchase experience ever.

My first interaction with SMoG was via the Interweb (early to mid 2004). My primary contact was Karen Blazer... very helpful & friendly as the day is long... she listened to what I wanted and explained everything I needed to know with absolutely NO BS... I believe she is primarily a Toyota person, but she treated me right.... I went on test drive with Ramy Mousa... again, he was helpful, friendly and VERY enthusiastic about the Scion brand.... To tell the truth, I SO dreaded the car-buying experience, but SMoG made the process itself much easier and much quicker than I could have hoped for... I'd recommend this dealership to anyone....

My husband and I bought a silver scion xA a month ago. As far as the car goes, we love it. The buying process was a hassle due to a computer mix up. The sales man, was very nice, and helpful. The managers finally got it the issue resolved and we drove home in the scion. The upside is we do love our car. The salesman was friendly. The cookies in the mail were a nice touch. The downside, we were asked to please come back because a few things were forgotten. And of course the phone calls. Since buying this car we have recived 12 calls from different scion places. We have been called at work, on weekends, and at night. All just to ask us how we are enjoying our car. All in all, as much as we like our car, I wouldn't buy it again for all the hassles we have dealt with.

Bought my wife a 2.0 xB from Scion Mall of GA last Sunday, May 8. First impressions were pretty good. We were greeted at the door and directed to the Scion salesman. He showed us what he had in stock, (which was small, only 4 xB’s). My wife fell in love with the yellow 2.0 xB, and we took it for a test drive. The test drive went well and we went inside to talk price. We got no pressure from anyone at the dealership. Everyone was friendly. We were told the car would be ready for pickup on Thursday May 12, and it was. We looked the car over before accepting delivery and discovered a 3” scratch in the passenger side rocker panel. This is really the only disappointing part of this purchase. We were so disappointed to see the car damaged before delivery. I’m surprised they didn’t fix it before we got there. Anyway the manager took it over to the body shop and they are going to repair it. They have to order a new rocker panel, paint it & install it.

I worked with Heith, who was very helpful. There were a couple of minutes where I felt like they were trying to push me into something, but the rest of the time my experience was very enjoyable. I went in there just looking at the tCs not thinking I would be able to buy one right away, but they really worked with me to get me in one right away.

Didn't intend to buy a car when I went in. I was extremely pleased with the service. My salesman (Heith) was the best car salesman I've ever dealt with and continues to be a great help. Not to mention I loved the car. Couldn't be more pleased with my experience. Highly recommended! Drove out the same day in an 05 scion tC.

Scion mall of Georgia is the place to buy a Scion. The sales team there is, very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. I thought I was gonna talk to the type of pushy car salesman I've always somehow managed to come accross. I couldn't have been more wrong. The girls they've got working there are hot. To top it off, they give free massages. Who ever heard of such a thing? I continue to be impressed by Scion Mall of Georgia.
Pretty good although they could go into more detail about accessories and options.

Ramy Mousa, the best most honest car salesman I ever met, has been helping me for the past 6 months. We finally got a deal I wanted. I just purchased an '05 Camoflauge xB, and I love it! The experience started 6 months ago when I tried to purchase a '04 Hot Lava xB. Due to circumstances on my part it didn't happen, but Ramy and I kept in touch the whole 6 months. We finally sat down and got my stuff together, and got the deal that I wanted. Any on who goes there to look or purchase, I would suggest asking for and dealing with Ramy Mousa. Tell him that Ronnie sent you.

Title says it all. Salesperson was ok when I visited. I left repeated messages for a call back about an xB. When I found out about the 500 dollar DOC fee. I had enough. My business went elsewhere.

My wife bought an Xb (Hot Lava) in March and Ed Holt and his knowledgeable "Scionics" provided a very exciting experience.
