Well, its def a very nice dealership. And even though I have a few friends that work there, they weren't very knowledgeable about the tc. The thing that bothered me most is that when i got my oil change, they failed to screw the oil cap back on, so I had all this oil splatter over my engine. Funny thing is, my buddy was working on my car...

Very good experience at this dealership. Only had to wait about 5 days to get the tC I wanted. Staff is truly dedicated to the customers. Got my extras installed quickly and very well done. I recommend this dealership to everyone in the area.

I made my first car purchase at Michaels Scion. I first went to the dealer on a Sunday afternoon and was helped after about two minutes on the lot. The staff was very helpful in showing me all of the features of the tC. I went back the next Saturday to purchase. I only had to wait six days for my '06 tC. My only suprise was the lack of knowledge of the new features in the '06 tC. However they helped my thoughouly go through the new features (iPod hook-up, etc.) once the car was ready for pick-up. They had a very nice facility and Sam even walked me though the service garage to show me work being done on my car. I was very satisfied with the final purchase and everything went very smooth. I look forward to visiting again for my three free oil changes from Michaels Scion.

We've been to this dealership twice, both on busy days. Even though we are patient people, our overall impression was that the dealership didn't really have a good strategy for dealing with crowds. On both occasions, after a long wait, we were told that the model we wanted to drive was not in stock, something we thought we should have been told upfront.
We are cash buyers and ended up buying our Scion xB RS2 #86 at Toyota of Kirkland where on two occasions while also a very busy dealership, we received very good service.

I'm STILL waiting after 9 weeks after I've been told 2-4 weeks. They tell me their are the #1 dealership but so has every other dealership including the one in Vancouver, WA. Also the kids at Michaels don't have much info on the car itself. I knew more about their car than they did. I find that very obnoxious.

I have personally spoken with Michaels Scion in Bellevue, they seem dedicated to doing things the Scion way and with energy.
