I purchased my xB here in September and was quite pleased with the transaction. My sales rep was Jimmy and he was an absolute pleasure to work with and I would recommend him to anyone in the area. I have purchased many vehicles in the past, and to date he is the best sales person I have worked with. I was not real crazy about the business office, however. Even with an appointment for closing on the sale, I waited over 30 minutes for him to get "free" to see me and I had to listen to how very busy he is. Other than that, I love the dealership and love the auto.

I bought my scion tc about a month ago. I am very happy with my car. I would like to thank Steve Caspar and Dan Corron for getting me what I wanted and fast. I have bought two cars from this dealership and I would do it again.

Opps...my salesperson named wasn’t Ben, I really meant Dan. He's also great. Sorry Dan! He is the most knowledgeable Scion guys I've met so far. Plus he showed me all this cool stuff I didn't know about like interior lights, upgraded stereo, floor mats, etc. etc. Scion of DM rocks!

I went to Scion of Des Moines to check out a white xA because Wilson's in Ames didn't have the color I was looking for. I was ok with ordering my new Scion from Wilson's, but I thought seeing the color in real life would be nice. When I got there, I realized that the customer service I'd gotten in Ames wasn't even comparable. I got to drive the car without the salesperson, they let me come back and test drives again later on. I found out some KEY information like the xA didn't come with keyless entry and the stereo in the test drive car was NOT the stereo I would be getting unless I upgraded. These are things that I didn't mind once I knew about them, but I would have been REALLY upset had I ordered through the dealership in Ames without knowing them. The sales guys I worked with (Doug and Dan) were knowledgeable in the standard features of the Scion and upgrade options. They didn't pressure me into buying anything, and best of all they gave me a better trade in value than Ames did!

I dealt with Becky Grissom. She was the best sales person I have ever dealt with. She gave me the night to think about buying a tC RS 1.0, but a manager sold it the next morning before I could call her back. After finding out that I wanted it, the managers broke their backs to find another tC for me in a manual transmission. They were so great to me and Becky was terrific. Will definitely deal with them again. Ask for Becky and tell her Tony Hansen sent you.
I bought my scion xA a year ago , I was very happy that I got my xA and also personnel was very good to me .......except the seller "girl" didn't know much about the car ....I think all she thought is " hm they dont look into buying the car" that was my first impression ........overall good experience if you ask for help some of them are good some of them are still "to think about it"........sorry guys ........I do like the place and everything but that girl didnt leave me much impression ....

I bought my xB in June and it arrived a week early. The sales staff was very nice and answered any questions i had. I would definetly reccomend them to anyone in Iowa looking to buy a Scion. They may not have what you want on the lot, but give them a little time and they can get it for you.

This was a fantastic experience for me. The sales staff, namely Chris Garton and Bill Klomstead were wonderful. They made the whole ordeal, actually pleasant and normally I do not like buying a new car. My '05 xB was delivered last week exactly as I had ordered it and a week sooner than I expected it to be here. Chris and Bill were very knowledgeable and courteous. Even on my tour of the dealership I was impressed with the service department and manager. Great job guys! Thanks for making my new car buying experience the easiest it could be!

I got my '05 xB from them about a month ago and was very happy with it. The salesperson was great and the financing manager was also. They kept me informed throughout, dealt with my impatience with waiting and overall is a great place. I would buy again in a heartbeat. Had service done there also, it is great. They have a good selection of parts on hand also.

I was very happy with my salesperson, Bill Klomstad. He has been very patient with me even though I have not been patient with them. He has been very eager to help with any request. Although their inventory is lacking, Bill was very persistent to find the exact car that I wanted. I would buy another car from Bill, anytime. They have a parts person named Jason who is very knowledgable, and seems to be Scion crazy, which helps, in my opinion. All in all, a very pleasurable purchase experience.
