I have been communicating with Rebecca at Lake City for 3 years, mostly for information on the Yaris. With the Yaris out of the picture, I found that Lake City had the BR xD in manual and an anniversary offer of free floor and cargo mats. That put the price under the local dealer. I put a deposit down on the xD on the last day of the offer, and since they couldn't carry the deal over to my delivery date, Rebecca talked the salesperson into buy the mats for me. Came time to take delivery a month later when my bank had a loan offer (Lake City deals directly with my credit union). I didn't need any more paper work for my pre-approved loan (just I.D. verification, etc) They processed the whole deal in just over an hour, and I couldn't have been happier. Great job.
Only downside was the TPMS showing an error code. My local dealer dealt with the issue, and it turned out that Lake City had changed the wheels and not registered the monitors to the computer.
Other than that, great situation.

Ended up at Lake City Scion over a month ago (after being only mildly impressed with the staff at Rodland Scion) and was enthusiastically greeted by Peter. A few weeks delayed and two test drives later, I was ready to make my purchase. I went in with my dad and the xD I wanted was sitting right on the lot. I filled out the credit app, signed the papers and in less than two hours I was the owner of a brand new car. Went in the next day to pick up my xD and there it was on the showroom floor! Very fast, friendly service from this dealer...now if only I can get my sway bar sometime soon! :-)
Note: I would highly recommend avoiding the credit app on Scion.com and Scion dealer sites...it didn't work and made the process very confusing. Just go into the dealer of your choice and speak to the Scion reps directly.

Thank you so much to Lake City for helping me get exactly what I wanted. I went in and purchased a new 2008 tC and they helped me get the right color and accessories that I wanted and even suggested a few more that I ended up getting like the leather. Victor was a huge help and extremely nice to deal with. I was recommended to this dealership and was told to ask for him, so make sure that you do that when you go in. He will help you get just what you want and make sure that the salesmen do not pressure you in any way........Thanks Victor and TLC

If I were to base this review solely on the dealership, I give Lake City an A+. The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. The "special financing" department I went through however is another story. I can easily sum it up in one word: HORRIBLE. This dealer's reall close to where I am staying thus I like the dealership. I have never bought a car from this dealer but might recommend someone here. The place is kinda old skool, waiting area sucked as it's too small to wait there and the place is real small. Not very comfortable so spend waiting time there. I would want to see much BIGGER & COMFORTABLE waiting area so clients will actually enjoy themselves while waiting.
The prices are the same as any other dealer. If they gave special discounts to students, it would be perfect. Students aren't rich you know???

I am from a foreign country and just bought a tC from the folks at Toyota of Lake City. It was probably the most pleasurable experience that I have ever had, my wife was really worried about buying a car in America, We have heard of the sharks that they call salesmen, And we did not really understand after dealing with these people. We worked with Victor, Rebecca, and Nate, they did not treat us like we were different, they just treated us with respect.

I bought a Scion xA from Scion of Lake City about three weeks ago. It was a fantastic experience. I had a lot of apprehension about buying my first new car, but Erin Alexander at Lake City made it really easy for me! We did practically everything over the phone, since I already knew that I wanted an xA. I had been in touch with other dealerships and they insisted that I come in, most likely so they could hassle me! Erin made sure I knew all of my options, but didn't really pressure me into buying any of the extras. I got exactly what I wanted and it was really a far more enjoyable experience than I expected.

I just bought an xB from Scion of Lake City and had a great experience. I dealt with 3 different sales people who were all well informed, friendly, and helpful. Erin, Melissa, and Wayne were all easy to work with.
I appreciated the fact that no one tried to push me to buy more "stuff". It was the most pleasant buying experience I've ever had....and I've been driving a long time!

I took delivery of my RS 3.0 on March 9th, and I couldn't be happier! I was so excited to be buying my first brand new car, and the crew at Lake City was just as excited as me! They made a big deal out of the delivery, which was great.
Melissa, Brandon, sales, and finance crews were awesome. Very caring and helpful all the way through the process. Kept me informed, and then surprised me by having my car ready before I expected!
Anamaria in service took such good care of me. She even made sure that all of my silly little requests were taken care of.
Brennan, Steve, and Shane in parts were great, too. They made sure all of my parts were on hand; ready to be installed as soon as my car arrived. They also ordered me the strut tie bar, which I just had installed.
I can't thank everybody at Lake City enough...you guys rock!!!

The only thing that disappointed me about Scion of Lake City was that I didn't find the place sooner. Kelly, Erin, Kimmy and the whole team were top-notch all the way; professional, personal and interested in improving the car buying experience.
I did a lot of research before I went in to the dealership. The Scion xA was pretty high on the list, but any doubt I may have had was completely wiped away by the knowledge and helpful attitude that Kelly and Erin brought to the experience.
My mother came in at one point to come on a test-drive. Afterwards, she remarked that it seemed as though I was friends with everyone in the dealership. Honestly, that's the way Scion of Lake City treats its customers; when you go in, they make you feel like you are valued member of their team.
The best part is that service continues even after the car has been purchased. Every part of my experience with Scion of Lake City has been wonderful, and I only wish there was a way to rate them higher.

Scion of Lake City has a great asset in Kelly Bindewald. Her knowledge of Scions and the Scion operations are unsurpassed. My initial contact with Scion of Lake City was via email to Erin Alexander. Erin was great in communicating the steps to get me in the door but Kelly really sealed the deal with her vast knowledge and experience with the Scion brand. At no point was I ever uncomfortable or unsure of my decision with Scion of Lake City. If you would like to deal with a professional, knowledgeable team in a no-pressure, relaxed atmosphere...then I would HIGHLY recommend Kelly and Erin of Scion of Lake City. They are a great team.

When I first started I knew that I wanted a Scion xB I was just not sure on color! Kelly called me when she had a Black Cherry and a Camo in stock so that she could show them to me side by side, this was great!!! I ended up with the Camo and HAD to put alloys on him. Scion of Lake City made my experience fun, fair and comfortable, the way car buying should be!

A very pleasant buying experience. The Xa that I wanted was in stock and immediately available. Erin, my salesperson, stuck with me through a tough decision making process while maintaining a friendly, outgoing attitude. No pressure .... no hard sell, very nice atmosphere.

Kelly Bindewald was awesome! It was a nice working with a female. She was so patient, understanding and always had an answer to our hundreds of questions.
Al took us on the test drive, he was okay however, he couldn't answer a basic question, "what's illumination?" Victor was nice but, Kelly really stood out. She wasn't pushy and was very easy to talk to. My husband and I really appreciated all the time she spent with us. We were shocked at how sweet she was and how she genuinely cared about our decision.
We highly recommend working with Kelly. Thank you Kelly - we love our new car!

I highly recommend Lake City Toyota and Todd Lee if you are interested in buying a scion. He treated us like family and took time to explain everything we wanted to know. He found the car we wanted in no time at all. I just noticed that they are rated #1 in the nation and totally agree! I have dealt with other car salesmen and they left a bad taste in my mouth. But my experience with Todd and the others makes me want to share with everyone how great they are.

Victor and Erin at Lake City Scion are the best! I came in for a simple informational session but spied a brand new 2006 tC sitting on the lot, and was hooked. It miraculously was not spoken for, so I was able to take it for a test drive. Three hours later I drove off the lot with it, amazing!
I had dealt with another brand dealer a few weeks prior and had to put up with pushy salespeople who used the usual tricks to try and get you to buy a vehicle you didn't want. The LCS team, on the other hand, is knowledgable and extremely friendly. They clearly explained all the options available to me and didn't try to push accessories I didn't need.
Victor is already well-known here on ScionLife, but I'd like to give special props to Erin for her help. Thanks so much!

Surfing through the PNW forums I found pics Victor had taken of their tC RS 1.0, and since I had been looking for a tC for quite a while I knew that was the car I had to get. I first contacted him via PM on this site, and via email. Soon we were talking and we had a deal. I even got a better financing rate than what I had already been pre-approved for from a local credit union. Victor was very friendly , very accommodating, and very knowledgeable. Hell, I think Victor should run the place! I also contacted many other dealers about the tC RS 1.0 and it took them well over 24hrs to respond. I highly recommend Lake City Scion to anyone in Washington. Its worth the drive. (Im from Wenatchee). Keep up the great work TopDog!

Wanted to let everyone know that Scion of Lake City is THE place to get your Scion. I not only took my tC in for service but also now I got an xB from them. Even though I won it, Victor still made sure that everything I needed was taken care of and all my questions wer answered. Their service department also made sure I was taken care of as quickly as possible. The service advisor, even though he was not the one that set the apt, made sure my car was done even before I expected. Keep up the great work everyone.

The folks at Lake City Scion are a great bunch, we were interested in the RS2.0 Auto.
All we had to do was put a hundred down to hold it.
The test drive we took was ok, they had a preplaned course, but I had my own ideas. They had no problem with that.
Victor the Sales Manger took us through most of the sale once the car was in. The F&I guy only had to print and have us sign on the dotted line.
Todd Lee was our sales person I highly recomend him!
They have a somewhat large parts department.
I was told that soon there will be a new building to house the Scion Dealership. They are a mixed Toyota/Scion at the moment.
They sell Scions not like other dealerships that add a whole bunch of add ons to raise the price. The follow Scion pricing to the letter.
