I have had problems with my tC since the day I picked it up. Got a lot of accessories and thought I would be taken care of after all the money I spent there.
I used to work for Scion of Nashua, but left due to school. I bought a supercharged tC and had a cold air intake installed. Nashua was instructed by TRD to inform me to remove that cold air intake or it would void warranty. Now I have a blown engine that was replaced but supercharger is not covered. My car is now sitting at Woburn Scion awaiting repair order. I called TRD myself and they told me they instructed Nashua to have me remove CAI. TRD tells me at this point nashua is help liable. I asked Nashua to assist in repairing the supercharger, not for a brand new one just replacing the part and they denied that. I am taking legal action on this matter as of 4/4/07.

We are completely satisfied with the experience at the Elgin Scion Dealer. Bozena Lyznik was there to help us thru the day answering all our questions and helping us thru the decisions. With her pleasant personality and her knowledge she sold us on the car. Wow, way to go girl...we were just passing by looking for a different dealer and thought we'd stop to take a look see and boom she sold us on the TC. The TC is awesome, it looks great, it handles well, it's comfortable, its fast and the important factor for my daughter was she was able to get a new car with the options she wanted for the price she could afford without the haggling and pushy sales pitch a lot of places have. Definitely a great place to purchase a vehicle and we would go there again in the future. Bill Hickman's got a great staff; everyone there has a smile and a Hi. My husband went there the following day to pick something up and he even said what great place. Wow!!! Now that's a sale.

Had to make 7 trips to them for service so far on my XB. Installed the sub where it would go on the XA. Forgot to give me my Cargomat. Did not know anything about the security system (how to make the glass breakage sensor go off). Claimed their is no creaking noise coming from the back after 7 trips for the same problem. I guess they never look at the service boards. The only car his dealership should sell is a matchbox. They said the XB came with cruise control when it does not. Don't buy here they will mess up your SCION.

Dealer could have made use of their Scion Kiosk, wasn't until a subsequent visit that I knew it existed. Confusion existed about options. Sales staff was friendly enough, but they havn't lost their "sales" mentality. Problem with this dealership is that the Scion dealership shares space with the SUV center, so the sales staff handles both, so that you don't have a pure scion experience. Still introduce you to the sales manager (but they can't move on the price so what's the point)
