this dealership has come a long way since they first opened. A few younger employees that know a lot more about scion. Decent amount of inventory and they clearly make sure that we are comfortable with the process!!!!

Horrible dealership as far as Scion is concerned. They don't even have a Scion display inside their showroom. They have one tC parked inside and that's it. No brochures or video or anything. Last time I checked that was against Scion's policies!
I went in there inquiring about a new release series and nobody seemed to know much about it. The only guy who seemed to know anything about the series wouldn't even come out onto the sales floor. They told me the release series I was looking for wasn't out yet, even though it Scion released it the week prior! I asked them to look one up in their system to get one, and I was told there were absolutely none available. I went to another dealership the same day and was given the "OK!" and a quote on delivery.
It was apparent to me that this dealership did not care about Scion, nor did they care for my business.

From the top down Scion started out as a joke with this dealership. This group would rather sell you anything but a scion. Upper level mgt. don't like te fact they can't stop a potential buyer from leaving and they're going to plow you on your trade-in.
