Steve was a great help. When no one else was willing to come through Steve was able to help me out with an xB. He even got me a set of old style hub caps. They just go the extra mile. A +++ all the way.

I also worked with Steve, he did an awesome job. Like all Scion dealers they won't have a large inventory and this is because of the costs of having such an inventory. Although, they did not have the color or the options I wanted at their lot Steve made a few calls and traded one of their cars for the one I wanted at another dealership. I was very pleased with their service level.

Tried Bob Bridge, but they tried to short-change me on my trade-in. I finally ended up going to Scion of Puyallup, and couldn't have been happier. They gave me $1100 more for my trade-in and the whole process was great! Highly recommended!

Had sent emails back and forth with Steve Bjornson about what kind of tC I wanted and how to go about buying one. He was very friendly and gave more than enough info. Ended up driving to the dealership and just picking one off the lot. Overall very good and unexpectedly smooth buying experience. Only complaint is that I was a little annoyed that when I was looking at the tC on the lot, it took a little while before any salesman approached me. But other than that very friendly service. Would recommend to my friends.

Saw my first tC in Bremerton while looking for a Celica (had not heard of the tC). Couldn't drive the tC because it was sold and it was the only one they had. Then found a dealer with four in Tacoma (Titus-Will) and drove one: loved it and decided to buy. Using the Scion.com website to find my color/configuration, I wrote to at least six dealers. I got meaningful responses from only two! WUWT? So, I called all the others to find that no one had the color I wanted. Steve Bjornson was the one who contacted me immediately, first by email and later by phone when I asked him to. He didn't try to sell me something I didn't want and he was able to find what I wanted (minus the airbags - didn't want to wait) out in the Pacific - two weeks away. My first visit to the dealer lot was to pick up the car! Cool. (Yet, when I came to pick it up, it didn't have a radio installed so I had to return another day! Ugh. But, great experience over all. I love the Scion arrangement and the BSP tC

Excellent facility, the usual low quantity of Scion models on lot. Very good experience with our salesperson, Cliff. However, I am unimpressed with the finance department. In my case, the finance guy didn't take a copy of the tax return I had even made dure to bring with me, only to call and ask for it 2 days later. Then 2 weeks later, they wanted more information. I know this is more than partly Toyota Financing's fault, but they are supposed to be TFS's agents at the dealer. TFS needs some serious overhauling to continue to work with their Scion brand.
Bought 2 cars there in the last 15 years, has always been a pleasant experience. They went out of their way to dealer trade a vehicle from elsewhere in the Puget Sound.. Resulting in a much better price for us. I knew significantly more technical data about the cars than those selling them, but I was still pleased by the level of respect.

Steve is AWESOME! HE takes the time for sure to go above and beyond. Never before have I trusted a dealership or a salesperson like I do with Toyota of Puyallup and Steve. He's a GREAT resource to the community and an awesome person and friend. Spencer and Eddie also are great guys to talk to!
I didnt even look at the paperwork when I bought my xA there. There was no need to when you know you can trust somone!

All but one category rates a top billing from me. Inventory level is the only exception and you know whose at fault--Toyota! I had to wait months for this configuration. Steve did a great job as an advocate for getting the model I wanted with the feature I needed. The facility is very professionally laid out with what appears to be a well-equipped service department. No sales pressure at all, only wanted to sell me what I wanted and all questions answered completely and honestly. The extended warranty sales pitch was informative, not high-pressured and we purchased a maintenance package that was of good value. Standard document handling fee was very reasonable. This was easily the best car buying experience I've had.
Thanks Steve, Kirk and Kim!

Though I have not visited Scion of Puyallup in person yet, Steve has made a very great impression on me. I hope all this will translate to future customers and his on going dedication to Team Scion Life.
