I researched my new car purchase for over 6 months. My search led me to the Scion tC vs. The Hyundai Tiburon. With little time to spare between work and kids, I stopped at the Hyundai dealer to ask a few simple questions, and see if my tall, fat frame could even fit in the car.
Long story short:
The Hyundai dealer had 3 guys gang up on me, couldn't answer all my questions, and at one point physically blocked my exit.
Next day, I wanted to fit the tC, and went to Sport City. Jeff answered (even anticipated) every one of my questions, and didn't sweat me at all when I wanted to walk away. They know their product, and know the customers don't want to be harassed. They seem to genuinely love these vehicles.
3 weeks later, the Tiburon dealer is still harassing me via phone, and Jeff is taking my questions without pressure.
Today I picked up my tC, son in tow, and Jeff is easy and good with my kid. Less than an hour at the shop and I'm done.

I bought my first xB from Jeff and just the other day bought my second - the new 2008 xB and worked with both Jeff and Charles - these guys are absolutely the best! I live over 80 miles away and would not go anywhere else. Classic Toyota in Tyler would not give me the time of day but Jeff and Charles bent over backwards to help us. My son is interested in the tC and he will be going to see them as well.

I have been in the scion scene for about 1.5 years. My husband actually owned the scion and I grew to love it. The Scion Guys were part of the reason I grew to love scions because of the great people and great dealers. Jeff and Charles always new who I was and always made me feel like they had known me forever. When the new xB's were revealed in December, I told them I wanted one and what I wanted. I was the first one to get my new xB 2 gen yesterday and I could not be happier. It was the best car buying experience I have ever had. We went to several scion dealers in the d.f.w. metroplex and found that too many of them were like going to any old car dealership. The scion buying experience is supposed to be unlike the typical car buying experience. I think that if scion wanted a model dealership to set the standard for the way their cars should be sold it would be sport city scion. Jeff Jones & Charles Cooley, "the scion guys", have done a great job of not only building a great dealership but also bringing together a community of people. I would drive in from out of state to buy my cars from them. We bought an Xb and a tC and love them both.

Just picked up my new Flint Mica XA from The Scion Guys. I couldn't belive how quickly they got me my car. I spoke to them on the phone for about 10 min, did the deal, and it was here the next day! Jeff and Charles are the BEST! I think I might have been in there maybe an hour tops... then out the door and into my new Scion. This has been the most pleasant car buying experience ever! I have bought three cars from "The Scion Guys" in the past three years. I can only hope that they will continue to work there for the remainder of my life! I have had nothing besides positive buying experiences and would never expect anything less from them. They are never pushy and have always allowed me to make my own decisions during the buying process. Who knows, maybe I will make it four in four years!!

I went to the dealership many times before I finally bought my xB. Every time I went whether it was Charles or Jeff, they treated me great, and there was no pressure. I ended up buying #582 out of the Release Series 4.0, and love it. No matter what I go to the dealership for, they are as helpful as can be. I was used to dealing with a Dodge dealership with my last car, and from now on, I will only do business with this dealership.

I didn't buy my xB from The Scion Guys, I actually got it used at the Kia Dealership down the street, but I have been to Sport City a couple times and they are AWESOME! The dealership I got my box from didn't give me any spare keys so I called the Scion Guys and gave them my info and they had the new keys to me in no time. I also didn't get a keyless entry remote with the car but a friend gave me one of his extras and the Scion Guys set it up for me. Thanks for the amazing help guys! Thanks again and I would recommend them to ANYONE.

I honestly have to say that this was one of the most pleasurable experiences I have ever had at a dealership. The staff actually looked like they enjoyed selling the car not like it was putting them out. Jeff Jones was very helpful. He treated me and my entire family with a level of respect you don't find at dealership now days. If I had any complaint it would be that I didn't go there first before wasting my time at Toyota of Dallas. This is my second Scion to buy and for sure not my last. I would recommend Jeff and crew to anyone in the market far a Scion. I mean come on they got a freak'n concierge for crying out loud.

I walked into the dealership on a Friday night to order my tC. I returned the following Tuesday afternoon to pick up my love. Jeff and Charles were helpful, laid back, and made me feel as if I'd known them for years. I called and they would know who I was, that made me feel as if i was a VIP to them. I had the absolute best car buying experience possible with the Scion Guys. The first time I visited the dealership, Jeff and Charles answered absolutely every question I had, then they let me take the car for a test drive alone, something most dealers probably wouldn't want to do. When I finally decided to purchase a tC, I went back to the dealership thinking I would be getting an '06. But Jeff was able to track down an '07 Nautical Blue tC with side airbags and iPod adapter for me, within a week of the '07s coming out. It arrived in less than two weeks, which was even sooner than expected. When I picked it up, Charles sat down with me and walked me through all the features, including the iPod controls. Overall, I was extremely satisified with the entire experience. Jeff and Charles make a great team. I would definitely recommend them to anyone in the DFW area looking to buy a car.

I had gone to every dealership in the area trying to find someone who could find me a Flint tC before I leave for school. Charles was able to find one that matched my specifications exactly within 2 days ... I am still waiting to hear back from the other dealerships (a week later.) It’s been about a year since I purchased my azure pearl tc from the scion guys Jeff and Charles. As soon as I saw commercials for the tc I had to have one, no doubt in my mind. And talking to Jeff and Charles about buying one I knew I was dealing with the right guys, they treated me with the utmost respect...and when it came to convincing my father they did the job (hard man to please) and still to this day whether I’m there for a oil change or to buy parts they treat me the exact same as if I was buying the car that day. They will talk to you about anything and everything; they are really there for you. A+ in my book. I will definitely be buying from them again when it comes time. Thank you Jeff and Charles!

Jeff really took care of me and my wife. He worked with me and told me it would take about three weeks for them to get an xb, which was better than I expected. Two weeks later he called me and told me it had arrived. The next day I was out the door with my new xb. He really came through and handled everything. He even took my old explorer and gave me money for it! I really know it wasn't worth anything. Both of these guys made it a great experience for a first time new car buyer. I will buy a Scion from them again!

I really loved my 04 TCM xB that I bought from Jeff and Charles; in fact it was the first Scion they delivered. But when I saw the Envy Green RS 3.0, I knew I had to have it. Of course, I knew exactly where to buy it and from whom. Jeff and Charles have been backers of the DFW Scion community since day one 2 years ago. They have sponsored the StyleWagons, Scion Evolution and the community at large. They have been there to help with charity events, and have given more customer appreciation events than all the dealers combined. I am active in the Scion community and know most of the Gulf States dealers, around here and through out Texas. They are good but Jeff and Charles set the example of what the other aspire to be, the number one dealership for customer satisfaction. Just look at the reviews and the amount of reviews they have. You learn more and have so much more fun with your car, and Jeff and Charles are some of the founding and supporting members. Like I have always said not only are they Scion enthusiast, but they are Scion Customer Enthusiasts.

As businesses these days go into down-sizing, my wife and I decided we needed to as well, so we down-sized from a Toyota Sequoia to an XB.
It was at Sport City Toyota, that we had our "out-of-this-world" experience with Jeff and Charles. They were not those "pushy" salesmen who make you "cringe" at the thought of having to deal with car salesmen, but completely the opposite.
I enjoy coming to the dealership because I can "kick it" with the "Scion Guys" here at Sport City. They might not remember my first name because of all the customers they meet and sell to, but they remember my nickname because my license plate says "OY" on it and when they see me they acknowledge me as "OY" and that makes a lasting impression!
"If" you are seriously thinking about a Scion, do not waste your time going to any other dealership other than Sport City Toyota in Dallas.

Sport City Scion can only be called First-Rate all the way around, from the vehicles available for viewing, to Parts & Service, right down to the Sales Staff who actually we're extremely knowledgeable about their product line. Jeffrey Jones & Charles Cooley exemplified "What is Right about Scion", and both displayed extensive product knowledge and provided me with detailed and honest answers to all of my questions (What a Concept!!!). This was not what I have come to expect from a Dealership, and I was very, very pleased with my purchasing experience.
My favorite Scion dealers are Jeff and Charles! Well what can I say they introduced me to the love of my life! Suzie my Scion TC she is perfect in every way. Beats any other TC out there! Jeff and Charles are wonderful and very good at what they do! Keep up the good work guys. I might be back for another one if my luck keeps going the way that it has been.

My fiancé and I had been discussing the purchase of a new car for me ever since my 94 Mazda had been in a fender bender. Since 2005 I had been researching the Scion tC and really wanted to get one, but was waiting for the right time financially. My fiancé really wanted me to get something four door such as a sedan or SUV. Over dinner we discussed what cars I had narrowed it down to, and given her preferences, I had chosen either a Corolla S or Highlander. So after dinner we decided to just go and look at those cars at a nearby Toyota Dealership. Upon driving in the dealership I noticed the Scions and pointed out the tC to my fiancé, she agreed it was cute but said nothing else. After looking at the Highlander and test driving the Corolla S I asked her if I could at least drive the tC. Her desire for a four door quickly faded and before we knew it we were sitting at Jeff's desk discussing financing. He was extremely friendly and the whole experience was incredibly enjoyable. My wife and I picked up our 06 xB last weekend and it was an amazing experience. My wife actually asked me WHEN we actually bought the car. The deal was haggle free, fun, etc. Both Jeff and Charles are great guys and KNOW their products. Jeff and Charles were great! This is my third Toyota purchase and will never buy anything else! The Scion Guys made my purchase easy, explained everything about the vehicle and the possible upgrades, and made the loan process painless.
My family and friends are overwhelmed at the amount of interior room the Xb has. I am 6"2", 260 lbs and I have to move the driver's seat forward two clicks just to reach the wheel! This is such a treat for me. No more scrunching to get in and out of a car and the way the dashboard is situated, no more trying to stare through the steering wheel to see how fast I am going.
To end or put the icing on the cake, after I completed my purchase, the Scion guys invited me to my first Scion party! Scion Exposed at the Dallas Motor Speedway was the best!

The Scion guys are very easy to work with. They made the whole process as painless as possible I can't wait to get the accessories installed that I added to my car at purchase. I will like my xA even more once it has cruise, floor mats, and the arm rest that I have already tried to use even though it isn't there yet. Sport City is THE best Scion dealership. It doesn't get much more fun buying a car than this. Too bad I didn't purchase my last car here....

I was in the market for a new XB, I had setup an appointment at another dealership and went to Sports City by accident. I explained to Charles I was supposed to be at another dealership but I wanted a test drive before I made up my mind to purchase. He told me no problem let me test drive one, told me all about the car, looked up inventory and answered all my questions. The next day I went to the dealership I was supposed to go and did not feel as welcome, so I went back and purchased my XB from Jeff and Charles.

I originally was going to purchase my tC @ Scion of Richardson but found that
(Rip-Off C) was dishonest, giving me the go-around and very unprofessional!
Thanks to a co-worker and my gut feeling, I called up Sports City Scion and Jeff & Charles really took care of me. Even though I had to wait a couple of days for my Silver Streak 5-speed tC, it was Worth the Wait!

My wife and I originally visited Sport City Scion out of desperation to test drive a 5-speed xB. Out of the all the dealers local to us, only they actually had one in the lot and didn't require us to "order" one first. Since we had already established something of a relationship with Scion of Plano, our plan was to try one out and then order one to our specs. However, the remarkably relaxed atmosphere of the dealership ("here's the keys, see you when you get back") and friendliness of Jeff Jones in particular really made an impression on us. When we were ready to pull the trigger on our purchase, we kept remembering the one dealership/salesman who really exemplified the "no hassle" credo of Scion, and told him we were coming by to buy from him. The car we wanted was ready and waiting on us when we arrived. I was so pleased with the overall experience, my retired parents in Arkansas wound up buying a Scion, too!

Jeff and Charles make a great team. They were absolutely great to deal with. Helpful, knowledgable, and friendly. They know how to sell cars but they are not pushy or overbearing whatsoever. The whole process was wonderful and it was a pleasure to buy my tC from them. I came in one day to test drive a tC and the handed me the keys to go off and test it myself. I talked it over with them and they said a Nautical Blue would be coming in the following Friday. They said all I had to do was tell them and it would have my name on it. Well of course I told them and lo and and behold I went that following Saturday and there it was....ready for me to pick up. I love the tC and I love Sport City Scion. Great experience.

Our experience with The Scion Guys at Sport City Toyota was great. They obviously don't need to "sell" these vehicles as they sell themselves (and quickly!) so thankfully it was a no pressure atmosphere, for which I was glad! Jeff and Charles are knowledgeable, fun, and convey a rather catching excitedness about the whole Scion xB experience.
This dealership is great in the Sales department. I hope that the Service department will be equally as great when needed.

I picked up my tC (which I looove, btw) 3 days ago from Sport City Scion and I'm glad that I bought it from them. Charles and Jeff made the buying experience very easy, and the guys were very helpful. They answered any questions that my mom and I had and there was no pressure. My wife and I had already researched and test drove all of the Scion models and even some other makes, but after a long discussion we decided on the xB. The interior room and unique appearance are the main factors that made us choose the xB.

Ok, this is my second purchase from Sport City Scion and like the first one 7 months ago, it's great. Jeff & Charles were cool to deal with, even D.Davis who is in Sport City's finance dept. was a great guy to deal with. He even had good words about Jeff & Charles, which is pretty cool coming from co-workers. The two of these guys take their job seriously and the best part about it is they enjoy doing their jobs. I appreciate you all at Sports City Scion and I do and will continue to recommend you to anyone in the market for a new car.

I had been eyeing the xBs for awhile. Jeff and Charles have always made me feel comfotable in looking and informed me of incoming vehicles and options. What set me into buying was the voice of satisfied customers and how well they were treated. I recieved the same since the begining.

I love the new Scion tC. Charles Cooley and Jeffery Jones were very helpful and took great care of everything! I am more than happy with the car and the service!!! If I were to buy another new car I would go to either of the two guys! They are awesome.

I was bored one day and needed a new car so I decided to go and see about getting a new Scion xB. Luckily for me I found a brand spankin' new Camo xB along with the coolest and most helpful salesman ever (Charles Cooley). 'The Scion Guys' really went above and beyond to take care of me. They helped create an affordable monthly price for me without sacrificing any details I wanted on my car. I plan on coming back any time I have some extra money to throw on a new part or two. This is definitely not your average dealership. They aren't pushy and they're willing to work for you.

I love my car! I bought my tC about 7 months ago and it is perfect. I got it customized just the way I wanted it and I am so glad. Everytime I look at my car I feel so proud. I have to give props to Erick, my boyfriend, for initially showing me what Toyota/Scion had to offer. Had he not shown me the tC, I might have bought another ugly car.
The staff at Scion, George Clooney (Charles) and Drew Carey (Jeff) were extremely helpful in the process of buying my new car. There was no pressure from either one and it was all my decision to get whatever I wanted. They are the best team. They are so cool and I plan to show up at some of the events. If you ever want to buy a Scion then Toyota @ LBJ is the place to be.
You guys rock and I will be in for my fog lights next month and whenever you get the supercharger in, let me know.

My experience with Sports City Scion was everything I could hope for and more. Charles and Jeff are such a great team. They made me feel comfortable from the first time that I stepped onto the lot. After helping me decide on a color, which was no small accomplishment, Jeff found a beautiful white TC for me in no time! On the day I picked my Tc up, Charles made sure that I was comfortable with everything about my new car before I left. He even personalized my radio display and gave me a great Scion CD to listen to! I truly appreciate all of the things that Jeff and Charles did to make my car buying experience so positive. They consistently go the extra mile for their customers.
I wholeheartedly recommend Jeff, Charles and Sports City Scion/Toyota to anyone looking for a great deal and a great experience. You guys are the best :)

Those guys at Sport City Scion did a great job at getting me into my xb. Salesman was waiting for me when I got to Sport City with keys in hand. I would and have recommended the xb to quite a few people, but most of all, I recommend Sport City & their Scion salesman "J.Jones". I just recently bought my Scion tC and I love it. The Scion guys at Sport City were awesome. They made everything so easy. The whole process went so smoothly I can't wait to buy my next one. I will definitely recommend that everyone go to Sport City and talk to Jeff and Charles if they are thinking of purchasing a Scion. Their great attitudes and product knowledge not only show that they care about the car they are selling but they care about the people that are buying it.

If it weren't for Jeff and Charles, I might not be enjoying my tC like I am! Jeffs willingness to help took me for a loop. I was in the market to purchase the new tC in Super White with a 5spd. After speaking with Jeff over the course of several days, he generously offered his help to find me what I wanted. It was at this moment that he went above and beyond and did me the biggest favor of all! He generously advised me that 'if color weren't an option', he be getting the next best color with the same options.(Long story short) I was told a customer had back out; with that said... After afew days of deliberating...I didn't hesitate to call them back and have Charles sign me up! This deal was just to hard to pass up...and I would come to find out just how much more I would find myself liking the decision I had made. Within just 2weeks the car had arrived and I felt like a kid in a candy store!!!
These guys are truely top notch and have proven a vital asset to the Scion name! Give these guyz and chance to help you out, and you'll know just what I mean!

My husband and I saw the xb at the auto show in Dallas before it was even available in the state. We fell in love with it. When it became time for my husband to turn in his gas-guzzling Ford F-150, I thought of the xb. We went to Sport City Scion to check them out further after I built one online. Jeff was seriously the most pleasant, friendly, informative, non-pushy car dealer I'd ever met. Jeff and Charles actually made the process of buying a car FUN. It took quite a while to locate a 5-speed blue onyx pearl since Texas just wasn't receiving 5-speeds, but the wait was worth it. Jeff and Charles were honest with us, a rare quality in a salesman. I'd highly recommend Sport City Scion to anyone. In fact, I have! I'd definitely go there again.

Not to long ago I was set to buy a Black Cherry pearl when I happen to run across a hot lava that was at the dealership and it was sold but in no time at all (1 day) Jeff and Charles found me a Hot Lava #646. I am very impressed with their service keep it up guys David Niborg
