| I need a little more space for the family and dog for road trips. Was looking for a roof cargo box or a trailer hitch box but came up short! Anybody run one of these? Any pics? |

Did you check out etrailer? I've got the trailer hitch and bike rack, but I haven't tried any of the cargo items.

well the xB isnt a towing vehicle, regardless of what you are doing, there is a reason toyota doesnt offer a tow hitch for it. Simply, its just not meant to be..
However, i understand its your vehicle you will do as you want, I just do not see a point in it really.. |

I got the trailer hitch from e trailer too..
I hook up the bike rack to it.
AND, got a 1/14 to 2" adaptar & also run a 60"X24" platform rack on the back to haul lawnmowers, Ice chests, stackable totes, etc,,, ... works great! jh |

| I talked to a Thule fit specialist before my vacation. I was looking to roof rack and cargo box. Thule has a roof rack for the 2008 but has "not fit" the 2009 yet. They said about 2 more months. |

| i know its not that great of a picture but i bought a class 1 hitch off uhaul.com and plasma cut off the 1 1/4 square and arc welded on a custom 2 inch receiver and i put my bike hauler on the back and it carries it fine, and the back end only sags about an inch to an inch and a half with my 220 pound dirtbike on it, the car is able to carry 350 pounds back there, and i love it, beats draggin a trailer around anyday!! http://s437.photobucket.com/albums/qq97/powerband3000/?action=view¤t=0906081433.jpg |

I dont know if they will fit the lowered spring? They fit inside the rear springs, you can air them down to the minimum psi and its just like stock, air them up and it will caryy more weight without the sag. You may want to contact Air lift to find out if they will fit. I run a set on my Tacoma truck but they mount to the frame and leaf instead. I love them they work great. |

You could even just run straight up air bags in the rear instead of springs. have schrader valves hidden under the car. Just an idea.
I've been tossing the idea of getting a Honda Ruckus around, but I can't justify spending $2000 for something I can only mob for 6 months. |
