Door Protectors and Body Trim

I just picked up my RS 1.0 on Saturday and I already feel like a kid in a candy store trying to decide what to add to it! :love:

I'm also hellbent that I'm not going to get door dings or bumper scrapes! So, I was wondering if any of you added door protectors to your xds and where I would find something that match the body color of my hot lava. Are door protectors necessary? Would it look silly?

I'm also interested in putting body trim around the doors and windows but I don't know if that will look silly or even match my car. Has anyone else done this?

I think they look silly :) Of course thats my opinion and I park far away from everything so the chances of someone whacking me is lower than normal. Then again you occasionally get those jackarses who park right next to you lol.

You would have to call or email them to make sure they can paint match the strips to the RS 1.

I have to park in an underground structure for work so there's not getting around having someone RIGHT next to me, and they always park crooked so they are more than likely to hit me! Ugh! I hate it!

I don't think the door guards look that bad...as long as they can match the rs1.0 color. And I'd want to see what it looked like first! :p
