|
| while backing out a steep driveway i scraped the bumper and cracked the inside wheel well where the bumper mounts. it also detached on top just below the headlight. everything can be put back in place quite easily except that the part just under the headlight (on the side) doesn't quite seem to pop onto whatever used to hold it flush with the front fender and this bugs me. i know this may sound vague without seeing it but can anyone tell me how to put it back together right? i believe i may have to loosen the whole thing and then kinda patch inside the wheel well. thanks. |

| You may have snapped the plastic mount that the bumper locks onto by the headlight. |

| If you did break the plastic mount, pick up some plastic weld at your local auto parts store. I used it on my rear bumper/wheel well and it has held up perfectly. I put the weld on the plastic mount/tab, screwed the bumper/fender back into place and taped the piece flush with the body panel while the weld set. Quick, easy and cheap. |
