Looks like a good job. Just hope you didn't do the drums too.
Oh, and a quick FYI: no pics in your sig... before you get a warning for it. |

^Didn't do the drums.... yet.
I'm planning on doing them black.
(really, no pics in signatures? I see it all the time on here... hmmm, I'll have to see if I can find the rules somewhere) |

Ya, I see it a lot too, but I try to give people a heads up (since I used to give out warnings for that stuff when I was a supermod).
And good call on the black for the rear. Clean it up, but keep it subtle. |

I bought both, but ended up just using the brush. I used the duplicolor kit, and when I put on the first coat, I was a little worried. It looked smudgy, you could see all the brush strokes, etc.
But as you add layers, the paint evens out NICELY. I highly recommend it to anyone!

Get the "SCION" stickers for the calipers. They add a little extra detail.

| This is one mod I really need to do cause I have new wheels and they look ugly with the dirty calipers and drums showing! We recently did this for one of our Murano customers at the dealership...looked real good! |

Did you do the disc also? (Outter edge and inner part from wheel to brake surface?)
Had red but it showed how small our brakes are so I changed to a nice clean gunmetal front and rear. Now they don't stand out but still look detailed.

WARNING!
Careful with that JVC website or other the other graphic website in that old thread. Not sure what was wrong, but my firewall and anti-virus software had to block quit a few things when I went to see if the links still worked. I'll see if a mod or super-mod can delete or at least check out the posts in that thread. Sorry! |
