|
|
I am putting my stocks back on the front of my XB and I am finding that they are about 8 inches taller than the Ksports and they don't fit. I tried compressing the springs and pushing the strut together, but I find myself a few inches short going back to the home position. I have to be missing something? I don't remember these being a pain in the butt coming off? Help please! Thanks!
ps - I already did the back, that was easy! :) |

| You'll need a spring compressor to get the stocks back on. It can be done with a bench vise, vise grip, and a large c-clamp. Used this method when I found out they didn't go back on as easy as they came off. |

yes i have spring compressors and they still weren't getting me close enough. I finally had enough and had my wife come out and do the old "stand on the hub" gimmick and I jammed it in there! After that the passenger side took all of 30 minutes to do.... go figure?!?!?
I'm all good know guys and thanks for the help!
Anyone want to buy the Ksports? ;) |
