how would you get bugs and rock chips on the dashboard?
i assume you mean the bumper and a good temporary cover is one of those leather "bras". they protect well and easy to remove. i wouldnt leave it on for a long time as leaves and dust gets caught underneath |

| when i go on long trips i just tie a piece of blue plastic tarp over the front of my car. looks dumb as hell but works like a charm and doesn't cost much at all. just don't covr your headlights if you're driving at night and you'll be fine. |

| general practice for the tcs i hang out with is blue tape first then the leather bra.. that way the clips or the hard parts of the bra dont scuff the paint.. |

| the tape and leather bra sounds like a good temporary idea. |
