| i decided to put my stock intake back on and cant seem to figure out where the tube mounts by the headlight......any help would be great!!!(pics) |

You might be better off leaving the bottom tube off.
People have gotten some nice results with the stock airbox and the snorkel removed. |

| next to the drivers side headlight, just to the left when looking at the engine from the front, there is a tiny tab sticing out behind the grill area and it's threaded for a 10mm stud, but as mentioned, you are better off removing the lower tube (snorkel) all together - its restrictave and un-needed. you can get much better mileage w/o this tubeing. if you are putting the stock back in to sell the vehicle I understand. the mounting tab for the snorkel is very close the the headlight and when the tube is installed the end of it is basically butting agains the headlight and barely able to suck in fresh air. if you need a pic after looking, PM me and i'll email you a pic. |
