Does any one know the amperage of the VSS wire that connects to the navigation system.

| well im not sure why you want to know the amperage, but you are aware that the signal that goes over the VSS wire is a pulse signal, right? |

No I did not know that, thanks
the reason is with the Navi hack, you use a switch to cut the signal in the vss wire.
the switch Ihave is a 3amp rated at 125VAC
I just did not what it to get hot.
do you know what kind of pulse it is. |

Which navi is it? If its the factory, there is a post somewhere on here that has the information on how to bypass. If its not the factory one, we still might be able to help
