Im looking at adding a second charging system for some radio equipment,Anybody have pictures of the belt and pullie setup?I figured if they can add a supercharger why cant a alternator fit there.right now as it sits I have between 150/200 amp draw and voltage drops to 12.1 at highway speeds

I'm having the same issue... just started happening, but is steadily getting worse.

You would have to fab something I think, but maybe get just the pulley/tensioner/ bracket for the S/C and go from there....
I also think a second alternator would be a huge draw on the engne..

Im not to concerned about the draw on the engine I'll just open the field when I dont need charging so all I will have is a little loss from spinning the alternator when not needed.

You are probably best off just getting a performance alternator.

I am trying to run a second alternator,So if I want to run it at 18 volts I dont hurt the car.
