The reverse lamp on the xB is wimpy! Ive heard of people using HID reverse lamps or bright LED lights....
Where can i buy one???!?! |

Page 13 has the HID info from marcemarcxB08, but be aware that the bulb was never properly mounted, it was just pushed up into the housing. :no:
LED bulbs appear brighter when you are looking at them, but they throw off much less visible light over a distance. There's lots of info on this in the thread.
The CATZ T-20 bulb imported by Sigma Automotive is the only 7440 mount halogen bulb (25 watts) that is available. It is advertised as producing 39% more lumens than the stock incandescent bulb, but nobody has been willing to spend the $47 + shipping to find out. :money:

| its been almost 5 months and still havent had a problem with my hid in the reverse light...i dont expect there to be a problem anyway but if ur up to it try it out its amazing at night and a nice little upgrade ...i also have a youtube video.. |
