i plan on bringing my car to the track with a trailer and running it until the stock axels break. :D

| lol i hear you on that. im waiting on those axels though because i dont think im gonna be having this car much longer. im getting the axles replaced next weekend and then puttin it up for sale because thats all i wanted to fix before i sold it. gettin excited cause its either gonna be a 240sx with an rb20dett or a supra. dont know what to get but i love the hell outta both of them |

the dealer told me each axle is 500 each, the one in drive shaft shop is the price for the rebuild.. you still need to send them the stocks..
So thats stock+1200, pretty expensive.. the stock can handle plenty of abuse, you can buy in junkyards too and save tons of money.. I got a used one for 75 shipped |

Really? Why did this happen back in 05 when we where testing our tC kit?

ouch that was scary, im not saying it doesnt break.. i just based my opinion on how many boosted tc out there running stock axles, and only few i've heard broke their axles.. If im not mistaken, rado was running on stock until his axles broke with his 700hp tc. Not sure how much abuse has that test tc taken with R&D but repeated stress could be a factor.. but this is just as how i see things, i dont wanna go there and do some abuse just to prove my point right and say, dang paul was right :P |
