| I'm near norridge i can help you out if you have some questions, but its pretty simple to do. If you ported your own head the supercharger should be easy as pie. |

A: return the supercharger and buy a used turbokit.
B: email me if you need help installing it.
Really though, why not just buy a turbo with all of the cheap used kits for sale? |

| I had mine installed at Elgin Toyota.. great guys to work with and have done 6 installs including mine. I was going to do it myself, but i prefered to have the dealer install it for warrenty purposes. The only thing that must be done by the dealer is having the ECU reflashed with the TRD tune, which when i did inquired would run 1 hour shop time (90-110 bucks). There are not many dealers that have the required TRD flash unit to do these so look around.. I do know Elmhurst toyota, Elgin Toyota, and Pauly Toyota all have the TRD reflash tool. Our club will be installing a couple too on our friends tc's, only because their cars won't have a warrenty because of miliage. |

You still get 12month parts warranty if you do it yourself, no warranty on labor though. Grossinger toyota also has the flash tool, Countryside does not. |

my car is an auto so the reason why i want to go supercharged instead turbo is simple.
I want to keep my transmission in one piece. I don't want to go over 230 at the wheels. With my build head i might go over that point going turbo but i can play it safe with the supercharger.
am i right or wrong. Need some input about this ...... |

Probably a good idea to stay supercharged on an auto. It's the torque that kills the tranny and a turbo is going to make too much. |

| Do you know how much power you added with your built head? I have an auto turbo and love it. |
