very interesting:

"the supercharged 3020-lb xB seemed to outperform its smaller tC stablemate around Irwindale."

"we can definitely see the xB with bolt-on blower as another daily driveable application."

i thought TRD scrapped the SC for the xB?

Motor Trend wrote: In the tC's defense, TRD and Scion brought a fully equipped xB sporting an upgraded front brake kit, and 19-in. forged wheels with wider rubber. The xB was lowered and also had a throatier exhaust system installed.

Nope, it's available at the dealer, and online. Just costs 3500-3700, not installed.
