I want to do something different with my interior. I like the look of the 350z's interior. I dont like how ours looks so cheap...
How would i go about changing it?? Maybe sanding and painting everything?
I still want it black but i just want it to look better.
Any ideas???
Oh and by the way im not taliking about the seats and such im strickly talking about the WHOLE door pannel and the Whole dash and center consol. |

I don't really think ours looks cheap at all... have you sat in a GM or Chrysler lately? OMG.
As for painting... if you want something different, you can paint the silver parts of the waterfall and the gauge cluster trim. Just the outside parts of the waterfall though - leave the inside alone.
It's fairly common, but at least adds another touch to the interior fairly easily. |

Go thruogh the thousands of interior pictures here on the life and find parts that work for you.
For a unique interior go CF headliner and pillers and door panels and make soem parts and be ure to be carefull as you can easily make it look tacky. |

im in the process of painting the top piece on my door panel...
that's the latest progress... that's about 1-2months old, as that's on the back burner... But probably will just paint match that w/ the car... gonna go w/ c/f on the center piece, and not sure on the bottom yet... |

just my opinion, but I have 2 friends that have the 350z and the Interior looks just as cheap.
maybe wrapping the door panels in leather or sued, you could get a flat texture paint and spray the waterfall i think its called.
Don't do gloss paints, or bright colors, will only make it look cheaper. |

| yea that's sorta what I was thinking... not a big audiophile, but more or less a brand whore!... so i'd like to go w/ something that looks decent, better than stock quality sound, and not gonna kill me in the wallet... also I'd like to keep it consistent w/ plans of building a box... keeping in line w/ the same brand.. so options are sorta limited... |
