Any suggestions?

My front bumper left side bolt-loop is broken, again. . (The right side was broken previously)

I just bought a new fab bumper to replace my old one, and now the left side that bolts onto the car is broken. . (The hole I drilled into the bumper to "bolt-it-on")

Any suggestions on how I can quick fix it? Buying another bumper is not in the budget, and I'm not sure if bondo-ing a new "loop" to screw the bolt in will hold?

I think bondo works best for dents, what about a fiber glass repair kit or plain old super glue? Both of mines are bent for some reason, must be when it bottomed out on a driveway.
