|
|
I bought the value pack with all the Energy Suspension polyurethane bushings that are made for the 1st gen xb. I go to my shop, and turns out it costs over $400 to have these installed! Here is what I have and what the shop is charging per item:
•Polyurethane Front Sway Bar Bushings and Endlinks $30 install
•Polyurethane Rear Trailing Arm Bushings $140 install w/ air hammer
•Polyurethane Front Control Arm Bushings $140 install w/ press
•Polyurethane Motor Mounts $140 w/ press
Sounds like these are a bee-otch to install and will cost a fortune! Do these prices sound reasonable to you? The shop said to ask around for other estimates just to make sure and they will match the price... |

You can definitely do the swaybar endlinks yourself in about 20 minutes.
I can't say anything about the others. |

| If you're willing to drive to the the San Fernando Valley, I can probably install if for you at my buddy's shop, if he's not too busy with his own work. I know exactly how to install these considering I had these bushings R&D'd on my car at Energy Suspension. I'll PM you my phone number if you're interested. |
