took a chance after reading about em for weeks and after losing an ebay auction for a sweet deal on an aem cai, i decided to pull the trigger on the Bomz cai.
I tried searching, couldn't find the size piping for Bomz to find a correct fitting filter. Anyone know this answer?
Also, it seems like the average price for an aem dryflow filter is around $45...anyone know a better price or vendor besides ebay?
Thanks a million
p.s. flame away i know you want to injeners! :blah: |

| All I can say is you get what you pay for. Ebay intakes FTL. Should have just bought a brand name one that comes WITH a filter. lol. What a concept! |

still no one knows the pipe size huh? the bomz was $50 plus shipping.
i don't have a show car, I just want a nice sound to the car
i couldn't really justify spending $200+ on a name brand cai that should pretty much be the same besides a few fitment adjustments (as expected per previous bomz topics in the forums), sticker, good filter
we'll see what happens |

BOMZ...bombs
personally, i stay away from brands that butcher the english language.
idk why, i just feel like im buying from people who were to stupid to spell the name of their company right so their products prob suck. |

to me honestly the only thing that is different from ANY intake is the filter. cause basically its all the same sh*t a metal tube bent to fit ur car. what matters really is the filter which is wat i did change mine. i dont see paying 300$ for a injen intake when i can get the same pipe for 30/40 dollars on ebay and then spend 40$ for a filter. u basically pay for the injen stamp and badge on the piping but this is jus my 2 cents. all the same sh*t.
what i would do is jus change the filter. fujita injen aem watever |
