Details are sketchy at this point, but Lexus is set to debut a concept for their new flagship at Tokyo on October 19th. This new flagship will certainly be the next LS, the final Toyota-Lexus car to be changed into a pure Lexus vehicle. We expect that a hybrid and a long wheel base version will be discussed at Tokyo this year. As it stands now, the only news Toyota is offering is the announcement on the debut and this teaser illustration.
I HAVE FOUND THIS RENDERING FROM ANOTHER MAG -- Darren

| Yeah, they were squarely aimed at Mercedes owners from the beginning, but I think that the prestige of Mercedes isn't something that can be replicated... BMW on the other hand, that isn't quite as prestigous. If the car looks like the rendering I think they will have a shot... especially if they have a 500Hp hybrid! |

| It looks like it has a similar front design as the tC—the headlight shape is certainly the same, though the turn signal is on the opposite corner. From that angle, the taillight could have similar points, but I also focus on the curve of the rear window. . . . |
