How about VERY? :) I never really liked the current generation... it was aimed at OLD people... its very Mercedes-boring. Even the Mercedes S-Class turned into a more exciting car! This new one will kick arse!

I know. The current one is a car I'd buy and not want to do anything to. This new version would be pretty sweet to modify.

I'm glad they finally changed it, it has looked almost exactly the same for 16 years.....BUT, geez, they could have done a little more than that. Now every car in the lineup has the same front end. IS, GS, LS
I'm interested to see the back though... And no doubt the interior is just retarded sick.

Man, now all the new lexus bascially looks the same. the approach seems to be copying how Audi makes their cars.

First pic = photoshop..........c'mon, how soon would you expect the iron mouths at toyota to let pics slip before the show??
And all the Lexus looking similar now is called an Individual brand Identity....... I for one think they all look great and certainly prefer them to any BMW, Audi or MB lookalike.....
God, what does it take to keep all the motor mouths on the internet (half of which cant afford or are not interested in buying certain models of cars) happy??!?!!?

What makes you think ithe first pic is photoshopped when both threads were started by the same guy. Do you think he would use real photos in one thread and photoshop some for this one? :ponder:
By the by, did anyone else notice both of these cars are nothing but 4 door tCs? Look at the side profile and the rear window lines. :ponder: |

actually i loved the current and LS series cars. The sporty look doesn't really fit that car. The current one is more of a bold and luxurious look and looks absolutely sick when those crazy japs VIP the poop out of it. The sporty image doesnt really suit the car really well.

And a tc will never be a V8 RWD Luxury car that costs upward of $60k... they may bear a slight resemblance yes, but sorry to break they news to you, Lexus and scion have the same parent company...Toyota. Ever heard of family resemblance?

id agree with the fact that it is very boring stock, but this should chsnge your mind about the "The current one is a car I'd buy and not want to do anything to. " quote.
i know this is an older celsior/ls400 but it has current ls430 front end conversion.
