I wasn't aware that Toyota ever made an extended-cab, long-bed, but there is a guy selling his on Craigslist. He claims that less than 1000 were products from 86-87. Can anyone verify?

| That would be kinda nice for working on the house and camping... I'm gonna have to keep my eyes open for one! The owner probably would have no idea that it is rare at all! |

| Hmmm.. I wonder why Toyota doesn't make an extended cab / long bed anymore. I don't like that I get either a back seat OR useable bed space... I want both! |

| If you look at the truck pictures you posted you will notice the front fenders of the brown truck dont match the wheelwells on the bed of the truck, but on OttoMoto's truck they do. OttoMoto has done 4x4 fenders which match the us bedsides , but to match the front fenders on the brown truck you had to have the jap bed which had the old scool rails with cargo hooks and they had no second inner structure so if anything rolled around inside it it puts dents to the outside, which over time has ruined the bed and made them very rare. This is the same scenario on the next bodystyle of toyota trucks but the us never got the jap bed. |
